The service, the food, ambiance was spectacular! The flavors are on point. Very nice made from scratch sauces and dips. The fusion of Korean, Vietnamese and Japanese is so good and fun to eat. The drinks are also incredibly good.

Food was impeccable, service was amazing, and the garden area was out of this world magical. Highly recommend the pork belly bao buns and the frozen rosè .

We stopped in after spending all day at the La Isla Shopping Village. This was truly a treat. Being from Seattle we have no lack of Asian cuisine so finding Bonito Kitchen was a joy made in Puerto Vallarta heaven! Bonito has pleasant blend of Vietnamese, Japanese & Korean cuisine with fantastic taste and presentation. Let me not forget the service was stellar. Drinks were made to perfection. In ways, I felt like I was back in Tokyo with having my miso ramen. I hope I time to drop back in. Thank you.

Green Papaya salad with shrimp, not fresh but an actual bio bomb that exploded in our stomach. No Bonito at all.

....after being careless at providing fresh food, specially sea food. We lost 4 days of our vacation in PV, no sincere apologies, nor true efforts to show any care. I had never suffered food poisoning until I ate at not Bonito Kitchen.

Nice, neat, busy restaurant. Nice menu with decent variety of foods. Cocktail menu was interesting and has several tasty options. I had one of the spicier ramen dishes. It wasn't 'hot' ( if you're a Scoville Adventurer ) but had good flavor. My Mojito was great.

My favorite restaurant in Puerto Vallarta hands down. Please do yourself a favor and visit - the owner is kind and very hospitable! Everything I and my friends had was amazing - but these are the musts: Steamed shrimp dumplings. These little packages of goodness...I could eat multiple orders myself. Pork belly bao. The steamed buns are soft and sweet, the pork belly is tantalizingly soft and firm, the homemade pickles and the barbecue sauce. I can't say enough about these. Lastly, the kimchi fried rice. Crispy little bits of rice, the perfect amount of kimchi heat, a tidbit of charred pineapple every now and then, and you can add pork belly or shrimp to it. I wish I was here longer so I could try everything on the menu. I did order the Thursday special wonton soup and it was sooo good. Do yourself a favor and eat here! May want to call for reservations as the word is out this place is tasty!

I've eaten at a LOT of really good restaurants, and this is one of the best I've had the pleasure to try. This food is art without being pretentious. Approachable, innovative and above all delicious. I could not recommend it higher. Please come try this place, book a flight of you have to. You won't regret it.

Ok so, let's talk about the food here. Now, I went and tried the Saturday Pho special. It was amazing and I loved the brisket! For dessert I had the ice cream sundae. It was very big, but very good. We went to this restaurant at about 7 o'clock, we sat outside. It was lit up, not too bright, but not too dark, it was perfect. The service was good. Everything was very nice. I really recommend going here!!

Great food. Great drinks. Good customer service. Not much to complain about. The location near Fluvial is better I think.

We do go back and forth…read morewith Dai lol...but we always go at least twice here each time we visit Puerto Vallarta. The service here is just amazing. It is very popular, they are great in getting people in quickly.... The view from most of the tables is magnificent. One year we saw a beautiful lightening storm over the water.... The sushi, food is amazing. First let me share that the rib eye with a delicious Teriyaki sauce is always a hit. We ways like the mixed shrimp tempura and the hamachi sashimi with jalapeño and truffle vinaigrette is our hands down favorite. The citrus roll was good but the lemon for me was a bit over powering, but the boyfriend loved it. Rainbow roll and hamachi and green onion hand roll very yummy The hamachi nigiri was great, great, great, ordered it twice this week. For dessert our go to is the Coconut cake and green tea ice cream is so yummy. Oh the crispy rice and spicy tuna was delicious, and we will definitely get that again. The Hiroshi lychee saki martini is very nice, NOT to be confused with a midori martini which is far too sweet. Though a nice vegan option, I won't get the rice noodles and tofu again. It wasn't the savory thick noodles that I envisioned. In all this is an amazing restaurant and it is not surprising Hiroshi is considered one of the top two restaurants here.

I think it's safe to say that I'm still not a raw fish person but I did enjoy the other cooked options here. I started the meal with a hiroshi salad, which had the most amazing ginger dressing, and a rib eye robata skewer while my vegetarian boyfriend started with some veggie dumplings in a plum sauce and a veggie wonton tostada. For our sushi course, I attempted the seared tuna as I expressed to the waiter that I wasn't a raw fish fan and wanted to know what he'd recommend as a gateway. I thought the seared tuna sounded safe being partially cooked and even asked the waiter if they could sear it more than usual. I'm sure he thought I was crazy but I do love cooked tuna. Unfortunately, the tuna was still way to raw for me and I couldn't get over the texture or flavor. I originally planned on ordering the teriyaki as well but it was our last night and we thought we might enjoy a late night meal at Noi instead so I chose not to stuff myself here. Instead, I finished the meal with a delicious cookie martini.

I ordered off of the restaurant week menu while my SO opted to order off of the regular one. He started with the calamari, which was quite good. Nice and light breading and not overcooked. We sampled the papaya salad (one of the best I've ever tasted), coconut fried rice with yellow curry, drunken noodles with shrimp and mango sticky rice. This was my first time trying mango sticky rice and I'm glad I did it here because Mexico has such excellent mangos. It was fantastic and is now a new favorite. The curry rice was also delicious but for me, was a lot of food, which is not a bad thing. A great value actually since I got three meals out of it! They also serve margaritas by the pitcher, which is literally illegal in the ridiculous state we are from so we were very excited at this option. The full pitcher was a bit much for 2 but my friends, not to worry! They do a half pitcher!!! Our server was so nice and did a great job. Food came out very quickly as well. We had a great time at Archie's Wok and it has been added to our list of musts when in PV.

I ordered take out since the wife wanted to stay in. Pork egg rolls, Mongolian curry beef, almond chicken and fried rice. I had a lemonade while I was waiting. Everything was packaged well (lids taped on, sauce servings with lids, wrapped in cling film. The food was tasty. While I was not much more than 5 minutes back to the hotel, the egg rolls were soggy. The sweet and sour sauce for them was very good, great flavor and not overly thick. I asked for the curry to be hot, but not too hot, it was pretty mild. Definitely worth giving it a shot when you're looking to switch things up. Like most of PV, it was good and it was spendy (about 1,400 MXD for 2 mains, combination fried rice and 3 pork egg rolls + 1 lemonade).
