The manager was very rude, downright disrespectful, stated we can't take that back. We are unable to tell if you opened it, WHAT? The one called herself a manager, should have been working at a fast-food joint or stay at home with that Stang attitude. then the real nastiness came out. God will have to show them mercy they will need it. They broke my cap (it was whole and closed when taken off the self.) so grateful it didn't get on me or anything of mine. I asked if someone could correct the front of my hair since I asked for face framing starting at my chin but it is very uneven. My hair ended up being by my cheek.
