Ramon was super responsive when I called and gave me a quote right over the phone. He worked around my schedule (as I was only home one day during the week) and not the other way around. I needed two lock sets replaced and the locks re-keyed to all match. He was efficient and professional. After Ramon left I noticed that the door handles were under and not over (personal preference as to style of handle and nothing to do with work quality) and I asked him to come back and switch them. It was fun watching a professional at work - starting from appointment setting, timeliness to the appointment, communication, doing everything right and also doing an extra job that I had missed originally when I made the payment after Ramon had installed the Schlage Sense digital lock, a second Schlage digital lock, rekeying the main door deadbolt, and making duplicate keys. He did all of this in less than 45 minutes. His charges were very reasonable as well. Now I have him bookmarked for future projects. Just got burglarized early morning all our locks was picked and broken in our apartment in SF ! They also took our remote control for the garage as well was very in a hurry to find someone that is very trustworthy as also do professional work and install new deadbolts lock so hopefully won't happen again ! Ramon is great! Came the same day I called, during the hour window expected. He was very courteous and glad to educate me about the various troubles two separate locks had. He was able to use the original knobs and spindle, and tell me why the one currently in use was causing so many problems. On the other lock, he described the problems with the pins as well as removing the stuck key bit, reset the pins/re-keyed, and quickly made me a set of good keys. So, I have safe, working locks, including the older mortise lock, paid a reasonable fee, and received an education about locks and keys with zero condescension on Ramon's part. Kudos! read more

I was surprised that he was able to come over within 45 minutes from when I called him and he showed up when he said he would.
