The reviews are all real. My keys got stolen and I (stupidly) never registered my kryptonite NY bike lock - the strongest one on the market. YES quoted me $125 and told me someone would be there in an hour, on a Saturday afternoon. A team of two showed up for the job exactly on time and called to give me 15min notice. It took 45min and there were several setbacks (had to make a second cut into the lock), but they were able to cut it entirely off the bike. Despite the extra effort, the price was still $125.
