I was in a tough spot coming home late from the airport. My bluetooth electronic lock had malfunctioned and I was unable to get in my apartment at 11PM on a Thursday. I called another locksmith first but received no answer. Next I called YES and they answered right away. I explained my situation to Ramon. He let me know that they were extremely busy and were a man short due to some situation with an elevator (ask Ramon for the story - pretty funny). He could've told me to call another place. Instead he told me if I could hang on a while he'd get to me as soon as possible. So I grabbed a beer from the store and sat on my front steps waiting for help. What an awesome experience! We scheduled an appointment with Ramon to go over some options for improving the security on our front door. He came out to us and talked us through all of the different aspects of our front door security and ultimately convinced us that our current setup was already quite secure (no upsell!). We then asked him if he could rekey our front door and match those keys to a recently installed sliding door on the back of our house. Not only was he able to do it, he had the entire job completed (2 rekeyed locks, 2 new keys, 3 duplicate keys) in under 30 minutes. He gave us a lot of useful advice along the way and was extremely professionally and helpful the entire time. The best!!!! I came home from the grocery store and like an idiot i left my keys inside my door knob cuz my hands were full. By the time i realized it, my keys were gone. Fantastic service! Prompt and as advertised. They arrived in less than an hour and replaced a deadbolt that was busted in only about 5-10 minutes. I meant to do this earlier, but I left my home without my keys and wallet and upon my late return learned I was locked out. My neighbor had their business card so I phoned and half an hour later was inside my home for less than ninety bucks including tip. A deal in the wee hours of the night when you don't have ID, but they're understanding and flexible for accepting proof of ownership upon entry and earlier from my good neighbors. I highly recommend! Best Locksmith experience of my life! Getting locked out is never fun. Today (Easter Sunday) I stopped by the office to drop a few items off and our gate lock was busted (luckily the lock worked and the gate held). had the misfortune of needing to call them 3x in 2 weeks. first time i locked myself out of my new house and they were able to drill out the least expensive lock. 2nd time i had them replace the drilled out lock and install 2 new smart locks. finally, i broke the wrong key in my bike lock, and while they couldn't save the lock, they were able to cut it off. Every person i dealt with was a consummate professional and they were as responsive as you could wish for - answering emails late at night and arriving the same day if needed.
