Best Locksmith experience of my life! Getting locked out is never fun. Today (Easter Sunday) I stopped by the office to drop a few items off and our gate lock was busted (luckily the lock worked and the gate held). These guys were awesome. Up front pricing and great scheduling. I needed my lock rekeyed and we scheduled a time to do so. Unfortunately I locker myself out the night before the appointment and called for help. They weren't just and came by in about thirty minutes (they said it might take forty minutes). Ramon was here within 20 minutes as promised and actually made my getting locked out a pleasant experience (well as pleasant as it can be). I had an old lock and he was unable to pick it due to its antiquated parts. He ended up having to replace the entire knob which meant he had to leave and get me a new one. What an awesome experience! We scheduled an appointment with Ramon to go over some options for improving the security on our front door. He came out to us and talked us through all of the different aspects of our front door security and ultimately convinced us that our current setup was already quite secure (no upsell!). We then asked him if he could rekey our front door and match those keys to a recently installed sliding door on the back of our house. Not only was he able to do it, he had the entire job completed (2 rekeyed locks, 2 new keys, 3 duplicate keys) in under 30 minutes. He gave us a lot of useful advice along the way and was extremely professionally and helpful the entire time. I meant to do this earlier, but I left my home without my keys and wallet and upon my late return learned I was locked out. My neighbor had their business card so I phoned and half an hour later was inside my home for less than ninety bucks including tip. A deal in the wee hours of the night when you don't have ID, but they're understanding and flexible for accepting proof of ownership upon entry and earlier from my good neighbors. I highly recommend!
