Do not recommend. I was required to pay upfront via Zelle, given a promised timeline, and then nothing was delivered. When the timeline fell apart, I was not fully refunded, even though no real work was done. Sam claimed he "worked on my project all morning," but the only thing that happened was downloading my file to see if it could even be printed. That's it. I also had to follow up myself just to get basic answers. They kept $35 for no service. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Businesses that take upfront payment, misrepresent work done, and refuse full refunds are not trustworthy. Plenty of better options out there -- save your money and go elsewhere. read more

If you care about your time you will not go here! They are extreme Time wasters and they do not stick to their word! . After accepting your Money, they will ignore your calls and disregard your emails. After placing my order I called multiple times to be sent to voicemail. When they do pick up they say they will call back and never do. I finally decided to speak to them in the office and found another customer there with the same complaint I had regarding non correspondence. They first claimed that after their first design that they offer 2 free adjustment edits however after speaking to the husband he reduced it to 1 adjustment edit. Low and behold after they sent me the first design for approval he would not allow me to make any edits and said he would charge and additional $40 per adjustment! This is after he already held my money in his account for over 2 weeks without a finished product. After rejecting my first edit request he then sent me back my money which resulted in 2 weeks of wasted time and harnessing my money in his bank account until he felt he was ready to return it. They are very unprofessional and hard to do business with. They also speak in their foreign language to each other in the middle of customer business meetings. If you want to work with people who are honest, keep their word, and respond in a timely manner I would stay far as possible away from Artiphics Printing Inc. read more
