I have loose curls and before my haircut today it was super long and just hanging there - blah. I went to Stephanie not sure what I wanted - I just knew I needed a change and something a little more grown-up looking. I also told her I wanted something easy and that would look good with little to no product. Stephanie was super helpful with suggestions and convinced me to try a shorter and more modern look. Then she dry cut my hair -- something I've never had done before! So far so good! Followed that up with full shampoo and conditioner wash (smelled fantastic!) and then she diffused my hair to show me how it would look when it dries naturally. I love the results! While it's a bit shorter than I thought I wanted, I am so glad she talked me into it! I can still pull it into a ponytail and the texture is SO MUCH BETTER than past haircuts I've had since she thinned it a bit as she cut it - another technique I've never had used on my hair before. I love it. This is better than I was hoping for and I'm so glad to have a lot less hair as the summer heats up. If you have curly hair, you've got to go see Stephanie! Char is professional, knowledgeable, and skilled at cutting hair. She even remembers how I like my hair trimmed and styled. Once, she even offered a free wash since I needed to be back at work immediately after my haircut. Other hair salons charge double or even triple what Clipperz does, and they don't even do a good job. Overall, I definitely recommend Clipperz Hair Shop. They pair excellent service with reasonable prices!

I had appointment scheduled with Carlos one month in advance, was waiting to get my hair cut done. My appointment was for 5:15PM and I arrived at 5:25PM to learn that Carlos has already left to go home. His colleague has told me that Carlos has left at 5:22PM, ONLY 7 minutes after my scheduled appointment. WARNING, if you are late by more than 5 minutes, do not be surprised that Carlos will take off. WARNING #2 - Carlos will not call or notify you if he makes changes to his schedule. Carlos thinks he is better than you and he does not respect you or your time. I did not get any phone call or message of explanation or a simple courtesy call. You cannot expect any service from Carlos, he lacks social skills.
