I HAVE USED SEVERAL CARPET CLEANERS AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD I NEEDED EXTRA SERVICE=EXTRA$$$ FOR PETS! SO WHEN SOMETHING DOESN'T SOUND RIGHT, IT IS NOT TRUE!! I would have called police next if he did not leave my home when i had to open door for brandon to leave! a horrible experience made worse by brandons bs reply!!! do not hire this company!!!afterer not responding to yelp, i got a yelp message to call brandon directly which i did. i explained carpet old just need to get house in orded for my husbands cancer surgery coming up soon. brandon was courteous on phn, he asked if we needed pet stain cleaning, i told him no, i just need a carpet cleaning. price is $125 but if i left yelp review i would get 10% off, he asked fir email address saying he would be sending for credit card info. email and info confirming, it never came. day before i sent a text trying to confirm and also yelp message. brandon did not confirm or communicate with me till an hr before appt. when he arrived he stated if we did not have up grade for pets, cleaning would make worse. i reminded him we spoke about this on phn, if that was case he shpuld have stated in phn call and not wasted eachothers time. i told him we did not want to pay upcharge for pet svcs and thanked him for his time. he continued to talk even as i told him no as he was standing inside my front door. because he would not leave i opened door to let him outt, by this time i am very upset. i closed door quickly because of doggies, and that caught his heel. he then turned around and cursed at me, thonking i did on purpose. he continued his rant until he got on his truck to leave. overall very unpleasant experience. maybe your experience will be better..hopefully. i see you left a reply disparagingly and felt the need to give excuses for your shortfalls. as. i said, you were not straight forward on initial phone call when i told you we do not want pet service. a honest contractor would have stated that in 1st call. and when i would not agree to up charge, you continued to insist! attgat point an honest business man would have been gracious and left. but you would not leave my house! i had to open the door for you to leave! then you cussed at me when i accidentally caught your heal, closing door because of dogs. this is how a customer is treated when a dishonest contractor who tells you one price on the phone undocumented, no email as promised, then discloses the real price when he thinks he can get over in senior citizens! brandons excuse for ill treatment and disrespect of our home is stated in his reply. read more

Had a little confusion with the appointment time, but we were able to get it figured out and they still made it same day. The team was quick and effective hitting all the rooms as a team. They made sure to pretreat and work anything extra that needed the attention.
