Terrible experience!! Went in looking for commercial vinyl flooring. Was sold a discontinued color supposedly as the reason for the close out pricing. Once we were installing the floor we found that over half the planks had a crack on the male end of the lock. So basically everyone of those pieces can't be used. It would be one thing if this was explained so I knew I was only going to get to use 30-40% of the flooring but it was the lying that was super shady. Then once I went back and just requested enough to finish my floors they said i needed to pay for the extra flooring. Talk about the worst customer service and the most shady practices possible. Would highly recommend you staying far away from these scam artists!! read more

Poor quality. Paid $700 plus for a bathroom cabinet. Had it modified at the warehouse. The side panel was pulling away from the cabinet. They sent someone out to fix it. Again, the whole side came off the cabinet. They refused to fix it and did not give us an adjustment in price. I would stay away from them. read more

Overall we had quite a good experience. once we started working with the girls in Hudson, things went well. Initially, the first time we went, nobody acknowledged us or helped us. We had to go to the register to ask for help. Then another time we were there another couple was walking around and nobody addressed them and after a few they walked out. However, Jackie was really helpful and even provided her personal cell during the buying process. She always responded and was really pleasant! Once Quartz countertop purchase was complete we worked w Julie out of Weeki Wachee and she was great too. Our job got scheduled fairly quickly and from there, Matt came out to do the template. Then installation was scheduled and the guys did a really good job. The quartz is a premium quartz but I do see some moderations in the quartz, like little smudges in certain light but doesn't come off. Don't use this company. Here are photos of my "professionally installed" countertop and cabinets. The cabinet base, sink center and faucet don't line up with my windows. I believe it's usual and customary for things to be centered. Not with this company. They put a narrow cabinet on the left and a wider one on the right of my sink, creating this imbalance. They would not correct it. The countertop was too large, so they cut the granite on site to make it fit the space where the sink goes, creating a larger than normal seam. The quartz manufacturer (Cambria) sent a rep to inspect it and they agreed it was poor workmanship. Joe refused to correct it. He was rude to Cambria and to me. The same thing happened with the vent to my microwave. The vent has been there for 30 years, this company decided the microwave didn't need to line up with it. A 3" larger cabinet to the left would have corrected this. I was told to hire an HVAC technician to reinstall the vent, to correct their mistake! Because I signed all of their BS paperwork along the way, I have no recourse. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. Happy to provide more detail off line. read more

The quality is OK and the value is OK as well. They seem to have communication issues with their stone cutting shop. It took a couple of tries and over a month to get our vanity top cut correctly even after their staff came out to do the measurements. I don't know if we would try to work with them again. Also, depending on who you talk to or deal with at the store, the price seems to change from one day to another. read more

Buyer beware. I am a doctor and my husband a former contractor. It is my aunt that we put flooring in and that is described by Alberto. SHAME ON YOU and your lies. There have been zero floods since install, which was within the last year. We paid for an under layer yet none was placed despite it being on the receipt. The flooring is coming up months after install and is now virtually not usable. When we called to try and rectify the situation The owner told my husband it was a cheap product anyway. Then why would you install this?? We were never informed and could not believe the work is not under warranty as our poor aunt has not even finished paying for it. I have never experienced anything of this nature and you should be so ashamed to take advantage of a low income senior and have zero pride in your work. STAY AWAY!!!!! read more

Needed to update our guest bathroom. Went to Cabinet Warehouse Plus and worked with Mike. He was easy to work with and we were not pressured to buy anything that day. Decided to go back a few weeks later and order a white shaker cabinet. After that we went to the Cabinet Warehouse on 50 to choose a granite remnant. Worked with Stephanie and she guided us to a beautiful piece. We couldn't have been happier dealing with all the employees. We would recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

I highly recommend Cabinet Warehouse Plus! We met with Mike Ewing the first of December and within a week he had laid out a blueprint for all new cabinets for our kitchen. Because we wanted the Shaker cabinets, white at the top and gray under counter, our cabinets were ready for installation by end of December!! Other places we had gone to had told us it would take 2-3 months. We had a general contractor, who had gutted the kitchen, taking down a wall and Cabinet Warehouse coordinated with him and installed the cabinets on January 3!! There were some small issues along the way, but Mike delivered on all his promises. Installing the granite was just as easy. We thought the price was very reasonable as it included the hardware, sink and faucet, granite and installation. Our kitchen is both functional and beautiful! read more

Cabinet Warehouse was excellent in sales and project management but terrible and unprofessional in after-project and customer care. At Cabinet Warehouse Hudson, I purchased and had installed quartz countertops costing over $6000. About 6 months later, I began to notice water stains throughout the quartz surface that would not come out. Thinking that I just did something wrong, I let it go. After 3 years and a lot more stains I hired a Quartz repair company to estimate the cost of removing the stains. The expert inspected the counter top and told me it was not normal and quartz should not stain and that it was a defect in the manufacturing process but that he could repair it. He said the manufacturer neglected to apply a final polish to the stone which prevents the embedded water stains I was experiencing. He suggested I contact the manufacturer who would most likely have a warranty. I contacted Cabinet Warehouse and they would not, or could not tell me the manufacturer or recommend a resolution of the issue. I was told the owner would contact me but he never did. Cabinet warehouse did, however, send their quartz expert who saw the stains, admitted they should not be there and said there was nothing he could do about it. Again I visited the store and attempted to contact the owner to resolve the issue and to get the manufacturer name. After three visits to the store and 2 weeks time, I have not been contacted. Apparently they have chosen to ignore the complaint. I feel I was ignored because the owner did not want to face the issue. Good customer service includes sales and what comes after you buy it! read more

Poor communication, hard to work with, quality of their work is not the greatest, and they talk a long time to complete a project. I had them do about $60K with of improvements for me. The only thing I was impressed with was their vinyl flooring job they did for me. I had to redo several of the things they did myself because it wasn't done in a quality manner. read more

To begin with we ordered new cabinets for our bathroom, a little pricey but we wanted them. We were told 6-8 weeks which was ok but when the guy came to measure said it really only takes 2-3 weeks they like to hold the money. So we ordered them, had to pay up front, so after several and I mean several calls someone finally said they would be in soon. So after 12 weeks they came in and delivered to us. We installed and they came to measure granite, was told granite would be installed in 3 weeks. Contractors finally came to install counter tops and couldn't speak English. They spilled adhesive on counter top, in sink and on floor and didn't clean it up. They also ripped new wallpaper and smiled when I told them (didn't speak English) ! So after things all set and done Cabinet Warehouse called and said we didn't charge you enough, I hung up phone. Don't buy anything here read more

I bought a bathroom vanity with sink and countertop from them. The sink was mounted to the counter and doesn't fit on the vanity. The quality of the pieces is fine but it seems to me that the pieces should fit together. My contractor needs to modify the vanity to make it fit. read more

Buyer beware! DO NOT BUY FROM CABINET WAREHOUSE PLUS! Our entire experience with this company has been nothing but a headache. For starters, employees can't input customer info into their system correctly, they cannot read a tape measure, and when you try to return cabinets that don't fit correctly, Joe, the owner, becomes belligerent & spews obscenities. This evening we tried to return 2 cabinets that were the wrong measurements. Joe inspected them & found that they were 'damaged' and would not accept them. We advised him that the cabinets were in the same condition that we picked them up, and have time stamped photos to prove it. He didn't care to see them. We then told him that we have text messages from his employee, Cristal, saying that she inspected them & they "look good from what I can see". Joe still argued that we should not have accepted them, which is probably right, but we figured they could be touched up with a little paint. All of this aside, we have never dealt with such an unprofessional, rudely mannered business owner. What's more, we are now out $1,000 because the 2 cabinets we purchased do not fit and Joe refused to give us a refund. I guess that's how their making their money, because these cabinets also have someone else's name on them...which means I got someone else's headache. read more

I would have given them 5 stars except that they were slow getting the job done and that we had to travel to Tampa to pick out our granite. They did have an excellent granite selection once we got there. They did a good job removing and installing our cabinets and a great job installing our granite. We had some small issues after the install but they were addressed without a hitch. If they could speed up the install process, I would have given them 5 stars. Customer service is a joke. We had a rep measure for our kitchen cabinets and spent approx $5,000. We had the cabinets installed only to find the rep measured and ordered one cabinet incorrectly. Cabinets Warehouse came out and said the rep did in fact measure incorrectly but was no longer employed due to other reasons. He did not offer to replace the wrong size cabinet or rectify the situation. We are still one cabinet short and have a useless cabinet sitting on the floor taking up space. We had Michael Klein as our salesman during the installation of our new kitchen who assured us that he would be in touch with us the entire time. I was afraid that we would be put off or the project could go on indefinitely with all kinds of issues . That was definitely not true. Michael answered all phone calls and texts quickly. He was a great salesman who has the construction background and was therefore able to offer advice from his perspective and was a tremendous help. Another Mike served as the project coordinator and he did a great job as well. The biggest issue were the color of the cabinets. I wanted a certain color called Orange Mist (a pale apricot) which I thought would be light and breezy for a Florida kitchen. Only the Valspar company provided that color and I was told that we had to do a Sherwin Williams color which I didn't care for. I know this is true since I went through the same thing in my new Virginia house . I was told the same thing but in that case I found the beautiful blue I liked. Well the owner of Cabinet Warehouse Joe made a phone call and I got my Orange Mist cabinets. The kitchen is beautiful and I am 100% satisfied both with the customer service and the Beautiful pale apricot kitchen that I received. Stay away from this company. Joe is a DOG! He laid my baseboards BEFORE my tile guy was done. He couldn't make it right! He left stains on my carpet and wont come get it out! The carpet up to the slider isnt even connected to the floor! We told him after he screwed up the tile that we did not want him to finish! He was a total prick! He said Fine I Will put a lien on your property! We tried to work with him. Said he wanted a certified bank check for the total balance to put carpet in. Has NEVER been back to finish. This guy and his company is a HACK! Stay AWAY from this company! He is a hot headed loser! I must add that our contract said $6000 I paid $3000 down. He demanded $3100 balance! This has been the worst company to do business with and I wish I had seen all of the complaints earlier. I am six months pregnant and should not be dealing with people that are so incompetent. We didn't realize that Joe Braccio used to be unlicensed. Not sure about now. We were promised a kitchen within 6 weeks and it has been over 3 months and still no resolution. They reordered some of our cabinets five times due to measuring them incorrectly. They pieced together our sink cabinet and it looks horrible. There are glue stains all over the cabinets and they used white paint on our cabinets that does not match. Pretty much we paid for professional work and it is not even mediocre at best. Joe has come out several times but he does not have competent people working for him that know how to fix anything! Stay far far far away from this company. Do yourself the favor. read more

I hired Cabinet Warehouse Plus to relieve the stress of remodeling. Boy was i wrong. I picked out the tile twice for the floor and shower and when i returned from vacation the WRONG tile was installed. The owner said oh it looks good. That is not what i wanted. If i wanted a grey bathroom i would have chosen grey i chose brown. I went to the office twice to ensure everything was great prior to me going on vacation and i come back to this. it took approx 5 weeks to remodel a bathroom which should have taken 10 days. His men came to the house for one hour a day until i finally said something then the bathroom was complete in a week. now i have to pay someone to change the tile because i don't like the grey. A waste of time and money. I do not recommend this company at all. They do do nice work but he is so unorganized the wrong tile gets installed. read more

Unfortunately, I had contacted several other companies first which were outrageously priced and only willing to do part of the work required. Mike had crews that could do pretty much everything that I needed: tile, carpeting, vanities, cabinets and granite countertops that are outstanding! I was so pleased with the quality of work they preformed for me that I purchased a vanity, cabinet and counter top with sink for my own home. Once again their quality was outstanding! This company is a joke. Had kitchen and bath done. I was promised three to four weeks a room, took six months! Joe Braccio is bully and a P.O.S. I had numerous issues throughout installation. They always had excuses. When the job was finally completed, I had some issues with what was installed. I refused to make final payment until I was satisfied with the work. The floors that were laid had divots all throughout. There were some other issues to deal with as well. That is when Joe showed up at my house to "work with me". Mostly he just wanted to get his check. He tried to bully me into paying and turned every issue around to be my fault. He then said he would lay the floor and take care of the other problems and it would only take one afternoon. After all the other promises about timelines, I said no and insisted that I would just take half the money off for installation of floor and pay my remaining amount, just to be done with them. He told me it was unfair but after some back and forth agreed. If you hire them, you might as well burn your money. They ended up six thousand dollars over budget. DO NOT deal with this hack company!!! read more

I would suggest you look for another company. We had floors, cabinets and molding done. Where they did the most terrible job was the flooring. I was replacing glue down hardwood floors with laminate (1087 sq ft.) The company charged me and extra $2k to remove the existing wood which we agreed to and I told them at the time that the floor may need a skim coat for leveling. After a week of jackhammering, smoke breaks and visits from their girlfriends, , they got the wood floor up but left serious gouges in my concrete floor. Instead of doing a proper job of leveling the floor, they just put the new flooring on top of the gouges. So now I have plenty of areas ( not just spots) where the floors bounce and the flooring seperates. Also all of the transitions came off immediately. They sent a guy out with liquid nails to fix it and he left me a tube so I could fix more if need be. I had to redo all his work again. I had the owner come out and he claimed everything was fine but he was already paid so there. Guess We are living with this terrible floor. The cabinet and tile (backsplash) contractors they sent were professional and did good work. And the molding came out well but now I plan on having to have the floors redone by a professional company. I would recommend you stay away from this company. read more

Don't even think about going here, worst experience of my life... Manager Bobby at the granite store has no idea what he's doing!!!! Rachelle was a wonderful and so easy to work with and so were the installers and Tom the man that did the template. Our first textured granite countertop ( level 4- highest level) broke in 2 places on the left side of the sink. Because the counter had a seam at the sink the manager insisted he could just replace 1/2 with a piece. They brought a piece that was not even close to we had and we refused to accept it. They said they would replace that whole piece, and add in a backsplash for that one area, however we were not even given the option to template it, they just made it...(no input is wrong when you spend Thousands). Also my experience with backsplash is it's a continuation of the counter, not just random piece thrown in. When they finally brought it, we accepted it. We were told the 2 guys that did the installation would have to pay for the broken piece so we offered to buy them back because we loved the pieces (at a discount) and install them in our 2 bathrooms.When we went to template the manager had switch one piece and put in the piece we had refused from our kitchen..we realized at this point we were dealing with a company that switched out products all the time. We accepted the switch because all we wanted at this point was to finish this job and never deal with this company again . read more

Let me start by saying I am very happy with my new kitchen. I obtained four different bids to do my kitchen remodel and I went with Cabinet Warehouse Plus. I was a little skeptical of going with them because I read some bad reviews as well as some good ones. I brought it to their attention. Mike Ewing, my sales person, and Joe, the owner of the business, assured me that I would be happy with the job. I told them that is easy to say but the bad reviews had me concerned. They assured me that it was a disgruntled customer they tried everything to work with and make happy, but she wanted to get something for nothing and she posted bad reviews under more than one name. She even brought them to court and the judge decided in favor of Cabinet Warehouse Plus. I decided to take the chance since the price was about $4000 less than the other bids. Mike was very accommodating, and Joe gave me his personal phone number and said don't hesitate to call if there is anything I need or am not happy with. True to their words they did take care of any issues I had and made me happy. I also bought a 1000 sqft. of vinyl plank flooring from them that I installed myself. Both my wife and I love our new kitchen and floor so much, we decided to remodel one of our bathrooms as well and we are getting the cabinet from Cabinet Warehouse Plus. I would use them again. Oh, one last thing. I asked them about licensing since in another review it said that they did not have licensing. They told me that cabinetry is one of the few trades that does not require licensing in my county. I called the Hernando county code enforcement and permitting office to check and it turns out to be true, they don't need a license for doing cabinetry, so I felt better about using them. read more

Was promised my countertops on a wensday took off work no show called told me they would be there Thursday by noon ..called at 2 o'clock said truck broke down they would be here by noon ..showed up on thursday ask the installer about truck breaking down he had no idea what i was talking about so that was a lye..installed counter backsplash was 6 ft short told me they would be back that day to finish showed up Saturday and finished was short a filler for one lower cabinet almost a month later i got it after they tryed to install 2 other pieces of junk that i refused to allow put in ...so i missed 3 days of work and and headaches..good luck with them..barly got a sorry out of them didnt really care about my issues read more

First indicator should have been when they asked and insisted for all the money up front. Should have walked then. We only had a small job (bathroom counter top installation) but it still dragged out over 3 weeks just for the installation. Should have been a one time three hour install turned into 4 trips. Fit and workmanship was marginal at best. The drilled the faucet hole in the small bathroom which covered the area in granite dust. Sink was installed crooked. I could go on. The installer of my cabinets that were sitting in my garage foe 2 weeks bragged about how good he was and the first screws he put in went directly into my pocket door and l was unable to open it. He put the cabinets in the wrong spot and didn't even up the cabinet top so when they brought in the granit the cabinets were smashed so badly that they should have replaced them. Instead, they removed the granite, took it back to the warehouse and brought in a carpenter to repair the cabinets. Holes were made into the drywall and they are still there. This job was started Jan.12, 2017. It is now May 4. The granite that they installed the second time was so mismatched people commented, "how could they even bring that into the house?" The cabinets are still unfinished, After washing my dishes in the bathroom for at least 2 months, I now have electricity, but no microwave. No backsplashed and the wrong size cabinet is still not hung. Not even made after 4 weeks of the owner being here, he has not ordered the replacement. I have pictures folks. read more
