We are glad this shop was open as about 12% of stores at the Leesburg outlets were closed. Some appeared to be due to staffing. Vans was open with 3 or 4 people in there and it got busy with customers around 7:30. When we came into the store we got a hello from a young man we would later learn is Kai and offered if we needed help to let him know. He went back twice to help look for classic slip-ons. They didn't have one of the kids sizes so he brought out an alternative laced up version. He also went back later to look for two Viper/Desert sizes for the kids as well as see if they had a 13 or 14. He did tell me that the 13s are limited but would look, which was nice. These were sold out online, as well, I would later find. It was nice that he would go back and check. The young lady at the checkout was really sweet and helped us as well as gave advice on the aerosol versus spray protection. Our kids will stain these shoes in a hot minute but if we can stave it off a few hours or days, it's worth it. She had mentioned that customers liked the aerosol can versus the pump spray.

I saw a bottle of hand sanitizer and a box of masks for arriving clients who don't have or need a new mask. I looked a round and did not see clothing I liked immediately. I saw clothing that was not my style whatsoever at first. As I progressed through the store, I saw two type of shirts I liked very much. However, when I felt the fabrics of the two different half button down shirts, I like the second choice of shirts hanging on hooks. These shirt sleeve shirts were wonderful, but I did not wish to spent $48.99 on them. One color did get my attention more than the others, because I have seen guys walking around in this very light pinkish color. The color I believe it was called Red Sand White Stone or something close to that effect. The lady who helped me out had a nice sense of humor and the other staff member who might have been a manager appeared to be a Baltimore Ravens Fan by her comment on the shirt I was wearing. Should I return to this store, I might buy one of these shirts I liked. We will have to see.

Bought a Matrix A30 Elliptical here back in November 2018... seemed a little pricey at the time,…read morebut I was tired of getting equipment that felt flimsy and that ended up breaking after a year or so. Machine was delivered and set up right on time and exactly as I needed it... and it was AWESOME. My entire family loves working out on it - incredibly well built and sturdy, very quiet, and workouts can span from something nice and light to a real soul-killer. About 3 months ago, the resistance stopped working... and I thought to myself "uhoh... here we go again... I'm going to call and get the runaround and this will never get fixed." I called and Bob picked up, took my information, submitted a work order - and the service repair request was in... I was very surprised with how easy and responsive they were. About two weeks went by as I waited for the repair part... so I followed up with service... and they apologized, stating that the part was backordered and they were having trouble finding a replacement due to COVID. Now I'm getting a little skeptical... thinking "here we go again with the runaround." But sure enough - a week or two later, the part showed up... and Fit Repairs set up an appointment to come do the repair two days later... Two days later - the repair person, Charles, from Fit Repairs shows up - very professional, extremely nice, and he proceeded to work on the machine... he worked on it for over TWO HOURS... and I could tell he was doing his very best to get things to work. Turned out that he needed an additional part to complete it... but my problem was that we were moving in a few weeks, so I could not wait another month for it to arrive. Charles said that he couldn't guarantee anything, but he would personally put in the order and make sure it gets delivered in time (and I'm thinking in the back of my head "sure.. here we go again..."). But... two days later I get a package with the new part - and Fit Repairs set up an appointment almost immediately. Charles came out again - and was able to get everything working perfectly (which was not easy... I watched some of the work - the man knew what he was doing). So... first, I want to apologize for ever doubting those in customer support - Bobby, Johnson Fitness, Fit Repairs, Charles, etc, and thank you all for your help... you all surprised me with the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer obsession. I've become jaded by too many bad experiences with other companies... this experience was truly something great. Finally - if you're looking for some good fitness equipment and were ever concerned about the support you'd receive down the road... buy it here. You won't be disappointed.

Coming to pick up my order he is so unorganized he couldn't initially find it... But he did remember exactly who I was and what I was picking up (an award plate). I wasn't thrilled with the final product (you couldn't see the logo) so he offered to try other colors. I'm not sure why I wasn't given any of those options when I placed the order. He did another place and actually didn't charge us at all for it. I'm on the fence as to whether I would use his services again just because they just seem so disorganized! Customer service was great however.

The owner had the replacement parts on hand and fixed them up good as new in less than 10 minutes and charged a very minor fee. My daughter was distraught over the "loss" of her most valued awards. When I showed her the repaired trophies, she was ecstatic! Awardstore made my kid really happy! I highly recommend this shop for repairs.
