The staff was very helpful. The shoe selection is quite big, but could improve. The experience was still great and I recommend it!

PJ'S was awesome! I have to admit that I'm usually guilty of buying all of our sporting equipment…read moreonline, only because it's convenient. But my daughter needed new soccer cleats because her feet have been hurting, as well as some shorts that are part of her club's soccer uniform. PJ'S carries the shorts so we made a trip over there. The staff was all SO helpful! They went above and beyond to help my shy daughter with her cleats. First they suggested that for her foot pain, we may not need to spend money on new cleats after all- they thought she would find relief from a somewhat inexpensive pair of heel cups. It was so nice of them to be so honest when I was ready with my wallet open! . I decided to buy the heel cups and new cleats because her cleats are a little old. She had trouble finding some that fit and they must have brought her 20 pairs to try on, to make sure she found some that fit comfortably and perfectly. They were so kind and so patient! It looks like there won't be anymore online soccer purchases for me. We'll be back, PJ's!

We stopped by this Fair Oaks location to look for shoes, and we were impressed that they had a larger collection and also different styles of specific brands, compared to department and specialty shoe stores. It seems as every DICK's carry different styles, so be sure to check a few locations out. The staff here were friendly and sweet, and they had a great system of looking up the shoe and delivering them to you to try them out. There could be more seating area, as it was super limited, and there are various cashier points around the store for an easier checkout. Located at Fair Oaks, there's ample parking in the mall lot. +great selection of shoes and apparel +friendly service +located at Fair Oaks +plenty of parking in mall lot

Buy your item from their website NEVER BUY FROM Dick's. A store is only as good as its customer…read moreservice, and its entire success depends on the loyalty of its customers. For years, my family, friends, and I have been fiercely loyal to Dick's Sporting Goods. Whenever it came to sports items or fishing gear, I never even bothered checking other websites or competitors; I always went straight to Dick's and proudly recommended them to everyone. That loyalty ends today. Last night, I went to return a pair of shoes. Yes, it was past the 90-day window, but the shoes were completely unworn with the tags still attached. Any reputable store would, at the very least, offer store credit as a gesture of goodwill. Instead, Dick's policy is to buy it back at the lowest possible selling price, which feels like a complete rip-off and a scam to steal customers' money. To make matters worse, the store manager's behavior was incredibly rude, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. Shocked by this treatment, I called their Customer Service line, expecting them to de-escalate the situation or at least apologize for the manager's misbehavior. Instead, the representative was completely useless. They didn't even care to ask which specific store location this happened at, offered zero help, and didn't even bother to apologize. This is, hands down, the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life in the United States. The silver lining? I also bought two pairs of shoes directly from the brand "On" last night. Due to this awful experience, I am returning the shoes I bought at Dick's, and I contacted "On's" customer service instead. "On" handled my situation beautifully, professionally, and resolved my issue with ease. My advice to everyone: If you want to buy sports gear, go directly to the brand's own website or store. Dick's doesn't give you any special discounts, their return policy for unworn items is a joke, and they treat loyal customers like garbage. I will never step foot in a Dick's Sporting Goods store again, and they have permanently lost my business.

We moved about 45 minutes away this past fall so when our vip membership was going to renew we cancelled it. After cancelling the membership we received a flyer in the mail and an email saying we had about $50 in rewards to use. Neither the flyer nor the email had any precondition for using the $50 reward for a very large purchase we had already made. I drove 45 minutes to the store to use the reward and was told that because our membership lapsed, we could not use it. I showed the sales employee the email I received saying the reward was available and there was no expiration date or precondition to use its. He said to call customer service to help me. The person I spoke to in the phone was entirely unhelpful. She saw the email and literally admitted that the email did not inform me I had to be a member to use it but said there was absolutely nothing she could do. I said there was, she could simply honor the $50 reward I already earned. She told me only the store could do that and the store told me only customer service could do that. I wasted 2 hours of my day, valuable gas money, and was completely screwed over. Extremely disappointed.

If employees are intentionally misleading customers and then mocking them afterward, it reflects poorly on the store and the Target brand. I hope management investigates this incident and takes appropriate corrective action to ensure customers are treated with professionalism and respect.
