We got there at 10AM (when it started) but entered through the Macy's entrance. When we got to Athleta, there was already a huge line snaking its way inside the mall, they must have entered thru a main mall entrance. While I agree with the recent reviewer that the lines were organized, but while waiting in line, some people said THEY didn't register and were sent emails advising, they could come on over, without registering. To make matters worse, after waiting 2.5 hours and having multiple employees come to the line and take counts, when we got to the front of the line to exchange the old leggings for the new ones. We were told "it's over, we only had 500 and we ran out". That's it, no apologies, no warning they were running low, nothing, just a dismissive go away attitude. So infuriating! They still had leggings on the table and after asking, they said they would offer a 20% discount, if we exchanged leggings and with a purchase. How dare them! No thanks, I could get that any time, without waiting 2.5 hours. There was also still a big line behind us. What a joke! What was the point of pre-registering if everyone could just show up? And what was the point of having several employees do a count? They seemed to be lacking in their counting skills since their numbers were way off. Although the idea was noble and good, the execution of the event was terrible. Shame on Athleta!

They have a variety of clothes, shoes accessories, & outdoor gear as well as your typical TJX items like food, cooking, home decor, & pets items. On this trip I picked up a pair of nice gloves, chocolate and gum lol. I was also looking for a supplement my son wanted that he saw there (this is one of his all-time fave stores). The prices are always great, they have name-brand items and the employees are always so friendly and helpful. I literally have never had the staff be anything but stellar!

No, no no... this store specializes in custom work for your lacrosse gear. You think it, they can do it. You want a lacrosse stick of Black and Yellow, black and yellow, we got you. You want the ultimate colors of black, purple and red, we got you. Pretty in pink works wonders too. If you have to go down like Judy Brown, they have those colors too. So yes my friends, they have whatcha you want and can get you whatcha need. Many of the products are unisex to even the playing field. The pants I bought are unisex too. They say good things come in twos. Guess I will be back for those navy blue lacrosse pants. I enjoyed the tour one of the staff members gave me. It reminded me of my days at The Gow School. No I never played Lacrosse, because I didn't wish to pay for all the gear. Still, the clothing is nice and I might end up playing it recreationally...when this Coronavirus Pandemic ends. On this particular visit, I was trying to locate a pair of pants and Anne was so helpful and friendly. She took the time to go check their stock in the back and found the pants I was looking for. She helped me determine what size would work best for me and was overall just so pleasant! I am greeted every time I frequent the store and always asked if I need help looking for something. I have spent approximately $20,000-$30,000 with Lululemon and have always considered myself a loyal customer who believed in the brand's reputation for exceptional service. From the moment I entered the store, I was treated dismissively and made to feel unwelcome. I was shopping for clothing for myself, my employees, and my wife, yet multiple employees were rude, unhelpful, and appeared irritated by my questions. The situation ultimately escalated to the point where the manager on duty, Kahana, asked me to leave without giving me a reasonable explanation. When I requested the General Manager's name or contact information so I could provide feedback, I was told, "I don't have to give you that." That response was completely unacceptable. More seriously, based on the way I was treated and the circumstances of the interaction, I am concerned that I was profiled and discriminated against because of my race and/or appearance. I expect Lululemon Corporate to take that allegation seriously and investigate it. I am asking corporate leadership to review this incident, the conduct of the employees involved, and the management practices at the Tysons Corner location. Please review any available surveillance footage and provide me with a meaningful response--not a generic customer-service reply. I came into your store as a loyal customer prepared to spend money and left feeling like I was someone your employees simply wanted out of the building. Overall, I was able to successfully purchase the popular Adidas Evo XL running shoes and they look mesmerizing. One of the store associates, Elvis, was very helpful and informative about the shoes. I called the store before coming in to make sure they had the shoe in my size and Elvis went out of his way to make sure they were the color I wanted and he reserved them for me until I came into the store to buy them. He was a very nice guy.
