As soon as we walked in into the bike area, we were greeted right away by Henry. Henry was just a great guy. Super nice, really knowledgeable and helpful. He even helped me tie them down in my truck without even asking. Great customer service! Now we did go right when they opened on a Sunday, so it was not busy. I recommend doing the same if you want to get the same attention and help I got. I'm sure they still give good customer service either way but I can't verify that myself. They had everything we needed to start our biking journey. The only negative thing I will say, the helmets were super expensive. They had many colors and options but I didn't want to spend $100+ on a helmet that seemed to be the same quality/materials as any standard helmet. Wish they had other cheaper options for helmets. Also the glove selection was not the greatest. Given that everything else that was so great, these two small complaints aren't too big of a deal. If your looking to get into biking, come here! You won't regret it.

The two staff at the counter greeted me as I walked in... the apparel had been nicely organized and merchandised like REI can! I was very upset about that and I learned my lesson so now I'm registered on the app and I'll make sure everything I get is registered for points and for purposes of a case I want to exchange it and I don't get stuck with something that I can't get my full value for especially if it was never used in the first place, so you live in you learn but that's not our fault. It's really all the shoplifters faults so if you catch shoplifters report their bitch asses, but they do have the best value of selection usually of any sporting store around. Very affordable just make sure you don't have to exchange it because then you lose a lot that value.
