I have been in this store several times and never had an issue with any other associate from cashiers to designers to some people on the floor etc . there was even one time I did not have a receipt for one of my products and I do understand the policies and a young gentleman in the front with curly hair returned them for me either way due to me having my receipt for all of my other returns and it was only 2 pieces of a mosaic, cause floor and decor is all about assisting customers right?? WRONG !! And from seeing the reviews it is not a first. And I do not know who she feels like but clearly this is not the place for her she has such a bad reputation with the store because when I told my neighbor about this incident who also does tons of remodeling and business in this location he knew exactly who I was referring to which says A LOT . anyways she answered the phone and my contractor was explaining the situation that my order had been in a pending shipping for a while now . she proceeded to HUH!?? I just walked through the door went to the pros and cancelled my order I cannot believe floor and decor would allow such person to work here she is clearly there just for a check . And clearly does not care to resolve any customer issues if anything she gets s kick or ruining your day and is straight up RUDE!! please save yourself a headache, gas and a trip, my family and I will no longer be doing business here or any F&D we'd rather not deal with someone as miserable as her. We had a wide selection to actually sit in a test out. Additionally we got to customize some features as well as the upholstery material. After delivery and set up we had intermittent issues with the control buttons. After a couple of service calls it was determined that the motor was actually bad and causing the problems. I am pretty sure this is longer than the norm because Ozone called me after two weeks to ask if I had my table yet. Somar Billiards called me first because they were unsure which table was mine. I don't know how that happens but that is really not cool. They also delivered the wrong pool stick. I don't know why they didn't ask me which one was mine if they weren't sure. They already had me on the phone to ask me which table was mine, they should have asked about this while they were at it. Instead, they ended up mailing me my stick and made me wait an additional four more days before getting it. This was after I had waited almost a month for the table to be delivered. They should have driven it over. I am not sure why that didn't happen. I can only guess they just don't really care about their customers. When the stick came, it had a gash in it. I had to get on the phone with the company. They also did a very poor job of placing the cue ball sticker on the table. It was not centered and was not properly adhered to the table. Now I find it and call I was told to come back and show the ad I did The pawn broker now says he can't find it I reach out to customer service via email I get a call back from Josh district manager only to be told it was on hold for another customer from the day before mind you they were already open 2 hours I said well if it wasn't up for sale why keep it available online he says cause it was still in their inventory I believe it was on hold for one of the pawn brokers or Josh district manager or family of theirs. I expect deceptive, , misleading, or false sales tactics from used cars salesmen but not from Ez Pawn. All Josh could say was sorry it was no longer available for sale even though it says it is online. He should had said we wasted an hour of your day plus gas we will no longer use these despective sales tactics online to get customers to come in to our store.
