I had a price check on 2 pairs of shoes because one box was missing the sticker for pair of Nike shoes on clearance rack. Ladies gave me the price and I had them hold them for me while I continued to shop. I picked a 3rd pair of shoes and then checked out with the aforementioned young clerk. I was rung up and stepped to the side after the transaction. Sure enough I was overcharged by $20 and questioned her. Her reaction was that it was correct and when I pointed out the other pair she in fact told me wait while she handled another customer even though I waited for her complete her transaction with the man behind me. Anyway, she took care of their refund and then did mine acting like it came out of her paycheck. Just would have been nice to have her realize the mistake and handle it in a more professional manner. I will shop elsewhere next time since it bothers them to honor a correct price.

There will be shoes everywhere, a long wait for help (even with their sign-up sheet) and trying to get a look at the merchandise is impossible...and don't even think about trying to take a stroller in there. During my last weekend visit - the cashier that checked me out (not the girl that helped me) didn't even greet me with a 'hello!' She asked if the shoes were mine - checked me out by giving me a total - and sent me on my way. I would also add that their ability to give you a good fit for your child's feet is a 50-50 shot based on the employee that you get to help you.

I talked to the clerk who said the line was wrapped around the building this morning prior to opening at 10am. Must've been around 200 people!! Well-organized into sections such as dresses, blouses, shirts, leggings & athletic wear, pants, shorts, some belts, hats & purses. Mostly designer names. Alba checked me out after probably a 20-minute wait in the line. She was bubbly & told me about the business & if I had any questions. They take in items for you to sell as well. Employees will give you a quote in a separate area near the entrance. Check it out!!

The items I took in were clean and wrinkle free, all were designer labels, in pristine condition, many had only been worn a handful of times. As I waited to be helped I wandered around the store to see if I might want to take a store credit to be able to get more money for the clothes I was selling. I am not exaggerating, I would not have purchased one item I saw and believe me, I had plenty of time to look! The girl who looked at my clothes to buy just wadded my clothes up rather than put them back the way she received them. I could not say enough negative things about this dump. Don't waste your time!
