This past February, 2nd, Zoom automatically charged my account $162.67 for the renewal of my subscription. Then on February 28th they again charged my bank $60.75 and $48.21. On March 2nd Zoom refunded the $60.75 and $48.21 back to my account. They disconnected my Zoom Pro subscription and changed it to their less robust Free subscription. I spent two months trying to resolve this issue. I was only able to use email to communicate with the Zoom support team. I requested either a phone call or a Zoom session to work through the problems; a request that was not honored. The biggest problem was that my admirative access was also frozen and would not allow me to change my payment options or upgrade my subscription. Their customer service reps even fabricated a story about the problem being with my bank, a claim that was proven to be untrue by my bank. Considering that I had the lower quality service for two months, and that I had to spend about three hours of my time in very frustrating attempts to resolve the issue. Zoom has failed to adequately compensate me for the problem that they created. For a "communications", their customer service organization appears to know absolutely nothing about communicating!

My husband was very hesitant of hiring videographers at first, we had a small wedding, he didn't want to have 2 photographers and 2 videographers running around the event which might interrupt our guests. Even though most other providers take 4 to 6 weeks, Andy requires 6 months for delivery. When I asked about this, Andy said they were busy. It really should not take 6 months to produce a Bar Mitzvah video. He did produce a 5 minute quick capture for me so my mother could see it before she passed away, which I appreciated. The feedback from other professional video companies I have worked with all agree that 6 months is way too long for a personal DVD production. Our professionally produced videos are always done in a month or less. Andy needs to properly resource his company to deliver in more reasonable times. His prices are reasonable and comparable to other companies. He was very good to work with during the event, has a great personality and is familiar with Bar Mitzvah settings. So if you're looking for quality, Andy does great work. But be prepared to take a extremely long time before you get the final delivery. Ask yourself if you are willing to atleast 6 months after the event to receive the DVD.
