We ordered the Aranitas De Salmon Sashimi, Tuna Tartar Taquitos, Croquetas De Risotto, and Escargots Cubierto De Filo. My personal ranking from favorite to least favorite was the sashimi, croquettes, tuna taquito, and escargot pastry. The sashimi paired really well with the light, airy, and crunchy plantains and the mango really elicits the freshness of the dish. The Croquettes were crunchy on the outside and cheesy and sweet in the inside, and the entirity was creamy and melted in my mouth. The tuna taquito was also sweet - the tuna tasted really fresh but the sauce kind of reminded me of teriyaki or honey barbeque which I don't mind. The pastry to me tasted on the plain side but the escargot was very buttery and flavorful. We also tried the Creme Brulee De Pistachio.
