Gel mani for my daughter and gel pedi for me. I made an appointment a few days prior. One weird thing was our name wasn't anywhere in their book when we aren't, but luckily it wasn't an issue. We were both promptly seen and the work was okay. Will probably look for a different nail place. It's nothing bad- just very meh. Nails aren't all filed the same size, massage chair was broken, the techs ignored you, didn't say anything other than sit/stand/done. So just a bunch of little things that overall were displeasing. I previously had a positive experience with Sue. Maribel, the technician who did my organic mani ($35) today, cut the cuticles and did not do a good job at trimming around my nails. She did not remove extra nail polish left at the corners and around the side of my nails. She definitely could have done a much better job. I am hesitating to go back. Extremely overpriced for what you get. I got a full set with a design and paid 150$ with tip. I do not mind paying for quality, but quality isn't what I got. The shape of my nails are uneven, half of the gel was stuck to my skin, they use gel that burns your nails in the UV light, and the design I asked for is extremely sloppy. The only good thing is that they took me 10 minutes before my scheduled appt. I'm not one to leave any place with a bad review, but I am extremely upset and will never be returning. Loved my visit to Wisteria Nails. Very clean and spacious. So many nail stations and pedicure stations, never felt rushed like I usually feel in other salons that don't have the space. I called to make an appointment and upon arrival was immediately taken to the spa chair for my pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure took her time and did a great job. Loved the lotion they used for my legs, thick quality and made my legs super smooth! A short hot stone massage on my legs was included in the regular pedicure ($25). The decor of this place was fantastic, feels super luxurious with all of the cute chandeliers. Loved the lighting and paintings also. I found my new nail salon! Will definitely be returning! Been here in the past with a positive experience but my experience at my recent trip was terrible. First of all they significantly raised their prices $40 for a gel manicure is a bit outrageous for the type of salon this place is in my opinion. I could maybe understand if it was in NYC but it's not.. I went with my mom we had a 6:30 appointment I tried to make it for 6 but they asked we go at 6:30 ...We arrived a little early. Upon arrival they started to take some COVID precautions took our temperatures and asked we use hand sanitizer. They were not cleaning the nail stations or lysoling the tables and chairs between customers like I have EVERY other salon do that I've been to do during this pandemic. They also gave us the nail color wheel and did not disinfect that at all after we used it. I'm a bit outraged that they didn't clean between guests more throughly. Then they completely rushed our gel manicures they did the routine hand scrub/lotion on one person but not the other and rushed the entire manicure One of us was with nails that were filed crooked and the nail person was ANNOYED when asked for it to be fixed... and hands that had even length nails were left uneven honestly our nails looked better before we went in there. They rushed so that they could close early. We walked out and they locked up the doors it was only 7:08 when they advertise that they close at 7:30. Staff was rude asked a million times insisting if we wanted to add an extra base coat for $10 (like what??!!) or add on a massage. This place has really changed ...they lost 2 customers as we won't be returning again. read more

I go to Fair Lawn and get a fill-in & pedicure and a 60 min massage across the street all for $110 total. My gel peeled within 3 days of getting them and I hardly wash dishes! Not a pleasant experience. I walked into the salon for a gel manicure at 10:15 and walked out at 10:28. I didn't even get a mini back massage and the tech only used cuticle oil on one hand. While my nails were under the light, the tech got up to remove another woman's gel polish and put the tool back into the basket she used on me. Not very sanitary. 6 days later and the gel manicure is already starting to lift and crack. And on top of the poor, rushed service, the gel manicure was $35. I've always loved wisteria nails and they've done a great job on my nails so its always been worth the price for me. But this last time I was seriously disappointed. This woman never painted my nails before so I'm not sure if she was just new or what but when I looked at them later I noticed that HALF of some of my nails did not even have paint on them. And you can totally tell. So now it's only day 2 of gel and I'm pretty sure they'll be peeled by the end of the day. Really upset to have spent so much $ on a bad job this time around... read more

First time at this salon this morning. Online states they open at 930 am so I got there right at 930am and the salon had clearly been open earlier. I got a seat right away for a gel manicure. I did forget to ask my technicians name however she did a fantastic job! Tons and tons of colors to choose from. I have very small nails and she took her time and did a great job. i've gone to wisteria many times before and never had a problem however today i went to get a gel manicure and pedicure and the woman i had did a terrible job on my nails. i do not remember her name because she never said, but she plucked at my cuticles so hard that 3 of my fingers where bleeding and did not apologize once. then she proceeded to do my nails and was not careful at all. they are streaky and have blood around the cuticles. i was not happy at all. read more

Loved the owner's previous salon, Daisy, in Ridgewood and this place is just as nice, with better parking and much larger. Consistent, good service.
