She initially stayed in the room and repeatedly asked me to pay immediately, so I had to ask again for her to step out. Even after she left the room, she was waiting right outside the door. When I came out, she was standing there expecting payment right away. I said we could go to the front to pay, but there was pressure in the moment to handle everything immediately. She insisted on cash for a tip after I already paid the service fee, which I wasn't prepared for. The interaction felt very forceful and uncomfortable, especially at the end of what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. Overall, the massage was good, but the way payment, tipping, and privacy were handled afterward was very unprofessional and took away from it.

First of all I had made a reservation a day ahead and expressly stated that I wanted to schedule a couples massage. We got there a few minutes early to get ready and they asked to pay ahead of time. I refused and told them I normally pay after the service. Also they don't speak any English at all and had to use our phone to communicate. The worst part is that the room was ice cold. I complained and they brought in little plug in heaters. The room didn't warm up completely even by the time we were done. In order to plug in the heaters, they unplugged the thing that warms the oil. So now the massage oil is also cold. We should've walked out...But we didn't. The ceiling tiles are falling down and the towels are dirty. The bathroom is gross. I had to ask for new towels and they were short to boot. I am only 5'4" and it was NOT long enough to cover my torso to my feet so they were freezing. No towel rolled up under the ankles to support the feet and they didn't even massage my arms nor head AT ALL! The massage was terrible. They just did the same "rubbing" motion throughout.
