My friends and I decided to come here after eating some Korean fried chicken next door. Interior: The store was well decorated for Christmas and the store is clean. They have a self-ordering kiosk, and you can also order with the cashier. The staff: They look like robots and do not smile, greet or thank the customers. Pineapple Green Tea: This did not taste good at all. It did not have any pineapple taste at all and was a little bitter. Yifang Fruit Tea: This did not taste good, and the seeds are hard. Taro Sago Latte: This tasted like powder as if they did not mix it well. Mango Sago: There was barely any mango taste in this. All of the sago was on top of the drink instead of on the bottom of the cup. Came here on a Thursday evening about an hour before closing and the space was relatively empty. The interior was super clean and modern with their decorations - a few tables for seating as well and just overall felt very nice to sit in. We placed an order on their kiosk and it wasn't super clear where orders would be picked up when they were ready, but we got them pretty quickly nonetheless. The price was pretty high in my opinion, especially for their sago drink, but everything tasted super clean and I don't have many complaints otherwise. Their sweetness levels seem more skewed towards how they'd be in Asia just as a heads up so 50% sugar really feels like 30% so I'd adjust your order appropriately. I've driven by here so often and had wanted to give this spot a try for quite some time. Finally, my family and I decided to stop by. Upon entering, we noticed the quietness of the place beside hearing the employees bickering in their kitchen. There was literally no customer service here. Customers orders their drink through the kiosk. You can customize drinks to your liking such as limiting the percentage of sugar/sweetness. I ordered a taro with sago, regular ice and 50% sugar. When the order is ready, you are to walk over to the pick up area when they call you for your order. That was the only time when we saw an employee. The taro drink was okay. It wasn't what I had expected. They have small chunks of taro bits which I didn't like. The sago was good. At first glance, it was definitely pricier than other places. I ordered the taro sago latte with 25% ice and 50% sugar. Gorgeous presentation with a white upper layer of milk, then sago, and a bottom layer of fresh taro. Shake well before drinking to mix everything together. Amazingly flavorful! My only gripe was the price. I ordered a large and it was the size of a medium for the same price at other bubble tea places. I would return here from time to time but due to the price, I would chose other places to go to on a regular. 5 star rating was reduced to 4 due to pricing. I've had the Brown Sugar Pearl Oolong Tea Latte and the Yakult Passionfruit Green Tea. I wasn't a huge fan of either drink, but I might just not be choosing the right drink for me. In the Brown Sugar Pearl Oolong Tea Latte, the brown sugar that covered the boba was too syrupy in texture. I like when the boba is coated in burnt brown sugar, but this tasted like a brown sugar syrup with a hint of medicine. However, the boba was a good texture, not overly chewy or soft. In the Yakult Passionfruit Green Tea, I think I messed up by only putting half sugar. The Passionfruit at the bottom was super sour and off-putting. The tea also tasted a bit like medicine, but maybe that was the Yakult. I think I would try Mango Pomelo Sago or Taro next time, and see if I like those better! read more

I usually get 50% sugar and less ice. Some of the bbts have set sugar levels though and one size only and it's pretty expensive.
