Unfortunately, there's a lot of negative things to say about this studio. I have personally trained…read moreat this studio for a few years now and everything has changed for the worst within the last few months. The employees here have become very unprofessional. One of their employees, more specifically the "manager", came in with a big ego and often gave me dirty looks. I don't know about you, but if you ask me, that's very immature coming from an adult employee. Recently, the manager kicked me out of the studio for no good reason. She expects the students to do her job by cleaning the studio after classes (and God forbid you do not clean up after her- you'll get kicked out!). It's obvious that they are unable to handle business professionaly and are biased in regards to fairness. They bring in their personal problems and take it out on the students. They thought that I was vulnerable enough to be taken advantage of. Though, I have too much going for myself and I knew that staying there would only hold me back. If you like coming home with a frown on your face daily, then by all means, this studio is right for you. Do yourself, or your child, the favor of not going here and look elsewhere. Don't be mistaken by what you see on their web page: Govtkd.com, they're all lies. Their mission, "We focus on building strong values such as, Respect, Focus, Self- Discipline, Perseverance, Self Control and Confidence through positive reinforcement, scientific training and competition", is a complete hyprocracy coming from employees who cannot practice these values themselves.

I have nothing else but greatness to say about this place!…read more The owners are amazing patient and really know what discipline is. My 3 kids have been doing amazing since they where 3/4 years old. My kids feel part of this family and they are treated right! They are always looking forward to the summer camp program they offer yearly.

I started sending my son here for their afterschool program in mid October…read more We live in a multigenerational house, so people are home all the time. I found that my son would get home, and immediately plant himself in front of his computer or ipad, and do nothing but watch videos until I got home and had him do his homework. When he was done, back to the screen he would go. EVO provides a great dynamic environment for him to engage with other kids. They help him with his homework, and the TKD program is great for instilling discipline and perseverance. He's made friends, and while he still is a screen junkie, he is able to interact with more kids in a free form environment. It is a bit on the pricey side at $500/mo, but when you break it down to a daily or hourly rate, it's not terrible given the services offered.
