It was cooked perfectly. Apparently they poach it, I asked. I always want to make something like this but I have yet to actually do it. Jason did bring a basket of crusty bread for the sauce on the octptus but I ate a few pita triangles so I skipped the bread. After my wine and tapas, I closed my tab. I easily found the restroom near the stage. I had walked over, but they do have a small parking lot of front and there's another one across the street.
