For protein, I opted for spicy tuna and regular salmon, but regular tuna, prawns and a few vegetarian options were available too. At this point you choose one of three oil dressings. Next came a large selection of salad toppings including edamame, coleslaw, corn, fish roe, cilantro etc. This gets tossed with your choice of sauce combinations. I went with sira mayo, a ponzu and a shoyu dressing. With a new glove they massage the poke together to mix all the flavours and once added to the serving bowl, two sides get scooped on top. I went for salsa and crab, though next time I'd get seaweed instead as the salsa flavor competed with the poke more than complimented it. Finally on top comes the crispy bits, Sesame seeds, crispy onion and garlic. In hindsight, I'd ask for double the crispy as they don't last throughout the whole poke but I wish it did. All in all, I walked away with an impressive looking, absolutely delicious lunch that felt healthy and hearty. I'm getting hungry just remembering it! They won't disappoint, so go for it!
