Had a teacher taking kids into the bathroom to spank their them and would leave them in the room…read moreuntil they finished crying, had multiple instances where dropping my child off becomes some back and forth with the office people while my kid is basically running around the room unattended due to their lack of competent people able to work in their facilities. Never had a day where my kid was good today always had something to say about behavior and disciplinaries that should be followed at home, yet upon return home I notice none of the feedback the teachers give me or other parents. most staff will watch your kids outside of the building for cheaper as well so what's the point of the facility when I have an employee come cut my grapes for my son at home yet the facility can't cut grapes, provide the safety for my child let alone look after them. I am typing this up as a frustrated parent in concern that there needs to be entire overhaul of their curriculums, as well as replacing majority of the staff with people capable and sensible of not only working with our children but also able to work cohesively as a team and make proactive contributions to the lives of our children by inspiring and instructing them, Not being upset at the parents for not providing the necessities that should have already been provided.

And if your baby puts something in their mouth they have a basket for you to put the toy in so that no other baby gets to it. So this is a nice protection effort from the staff. I appreciate this. The place was cool and smelled good. I went to another baby playground and it was HOT and felt nasty (and the carpet had hairs) but this place was so clean and comfortable!! My baby was able to play freely and did not overheat. Also, they have snacks and drinks available for purchase. So I purchased a food pouch for my baby. This was very convenient! She loved the play area. She just started walking so this space offered a lot of room for her to practice. She enjoyed exploring! There is so much to do. She didn't seem to want to leave either We will definitely be returning very soon! My only suggestion on if you plan to visit is to call in advance to see if there are any events going on, because it seems that they may close for events? Please correct me if I'm wrong. I am beyond impressed by everyone at this school. From the director who is kind, personal, and wonderful, the admin staff are amazing coming up with creative ways to celebrate and teach, the staff always having a smile and hello when you pass, and of course the teachers. The teachers are what any parent is looking for for their children. The amount of effort and skill that goes into the daily learning is incredible. My 5 year old is in Ms Kim and Ms Maria's class, she has grown so much in a year. She just scored 99 %tile on the state testing and the knowledge she teaches us at dinner is beyond her years. She's leaving pre K knowing how to read, write, addition/subtraction. My other one is in Ms Marisol and Ms Teresitas 2's class and learning so much. I highly recommend this daycare for anyone questioning it. I highly recommend it to anyone who asks.

These teachers are high quality, educated and have 15-20 years experience. Our son is always creating, exploring and problemsolving. We've loved having consistent teachers who are absolutely amazing with our son! We started our baby in the baby room and it's been such a wonderful experience! Ms. Lisa, Ms. Kerry and Ms. Mckenzie along with the other providers are so loving, sweet & we'vefelt very comfortable having our babe in their care. He's now in the 1 year old room & excelling with the wonderful care there as well! Ms. Angela & Ms. Natalee are incredibly sweet! I love that at such a young age our babe is exploring & already learningso much. We feel so lucky to have our children in such a wonderful environment. My son attended the VPK program and got bullied everyday for the first week. Why do you have a waitlist, but allow BAD kids to stay enrolled. Why don't you use common sense and allow other children an education by removing the troubled students. My kid was there to learn! This place has zero structure, zero capabilities to adequately teach children let alone be trusted to watch over them. The teachers are rude and snappy. They served my son juice and outdoor water from the fountain on the playground. My son has never had juice, it's terrible for Childrens dental health, and the tap water in this area is hazardous you can't drink it! I would avoid this place. Do better

My oldest graduated from the pre-k program two years ago and my youngest graduates this May. We have made so many wonderful memories at Goddard over the past five years and I have so many positive comments about this amazing school! The three-story building is absolutely stunning!!! Each floor has their own private outdoor playground and the second and third floor have indoor gyms that are used for recess, book fairs, and special events. I feel that it is so crucial to have an indoor play space for inclement weather and am grateful that the children are able to play and exercise every day. The clean and modern classrooms are stocked with the newest toys, books, and learning materials. Each preschool teacher is provided with flatscreen televisions so that they can utilize educational videos that relate to the weekly lessons. My son's class just finished learning the alphabet and now is working on sight words so he will be ready to succeed in kindergarten. We have had so many kind and caring teachers over the past five years including Ms. Jasmine, Ms. Lindsay, Ms. Shinese, Ms. Brenda, Ms. Liza and Ms. Trish. These teachers have made my sons into smart, sweet, and respectful little boys! While there has been some turnover in teachers, it has only been the teacher's assistants and not the main teachers of the classrooms. During the transition the school has done an amazing job of filling any open spots with the students' previous teachers and teacher assistants so that the children are always surrounded by a familiar face. We are going to miss so many teachers and staff members who we have gotten to know over the past five years. I will also miss so many of the Goddard's annual events, including: Parent's Night Out (because all parents deserve a date night or night off!), lunch with your littles, Family Food Truck Fridays, Trunk-or-Treat, splash Fridays during the summer, the annual Jack Hartmann concerts, and the annual Easter Egg Hunt.

I am attaching this email to show the seriousness of a short lived time for our daughter at this school. We were on a multi year wait list to get in and were excited to open a new chapter for our daughter. For them to say, "Our programs are designed to nurture each child's curiosity in a safe and caring environment." really doesn't sound accurate to me. If you want to respond to this review, you can keep your corporate 1-800 # because we have learned to not trust Goddard. Sometimes changing a policy isn't a bad thing. We are relieved to have found a place of care where they actually understand what the words "nurturing and safe" truly mean.

Saw a post on Facebook from Hillsborough County saying that they opened a new playground in the…read moreBrandon area so I took my kid to go check it out. It's a very nice park and gated at the front with three different sections. One for 2-5year olds and the bigger one being for kids 5 to 12 but there are a lot of openings at the top so just be careful. The had swings and a spin around net thing. Also, it is shaded, but only at the right time of the day. I didn't see any bathrooms, but I also wasn't looking for them probably can use the ones at the rec center, overall it is a really nice park. We played for a good hour and will be back.
