Before my appointment, they needed to push my time forward a bit, and as a thoughtful gesture for the change, they added a complimentary microcurrent service. I thought that was such a kind and unexpected way to take care of their clients. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, completed my paperwork, and was introduced to Lainey, who performed my Microdermabrasion facial. She was absolutely wonderful! Every step of the service was so relaxing and made all of my stress melt away. Lainey has such a gentle technique and took her time throughout the entire facial. I never once felt rushed, and she made the experience feel so personalized and calming. I left with my skin feeling incredibly smooth, refreshed, and so hydrated. Even my lips felt noticeably softer and more moisturized! It was exactly the self-care day I needed. I've already scheduled my next appointment, and I'm genuinely looking forward to going back. But here's the true measure of a standout business: even though I didn't love the results, I loved the experience. My esthetician, Evelin, was careful and intentional with every step.
