Lifetime is not cheap, but the quality of instruction I get in her classes makes it completely worth it. Hannah is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and intentional with every class. She doesn't just lead a workoutshe actually teaches. She takes the time to correct form, offers thoughtful modifications, and makes sure everyone feels both challenged and supported, no matter their level. What really sets her apart is the consistency and care she brings every single session. You can tell she genuinely wants her clients to improve and feel stronger, and that kind of energy is rare. I've taken a lot of group fitness classes over the years, and this is by far one of the best experiences I've had. If she ever left, I would seriously reconsider my membership. She is a huge asset to Lifetime Goodyear.

I have been out for four months for some surgery's , and up on my return I was welcome back by all the staff at the front desk and I ask for a special trainer name Hannah and I was informed that she was know longer with the facility. That is a shame she was a very nice young lady that really had a smile and personality that made you feel welcome whenever you stepped into the gym, and its really sad to see an employee of her caliber not present in the facility and I know of many that feel the same about Hannah as I do . More importantly, the staff are super-knowledgeable, attentive, creative, and uplifting. They work to help you understand how to engage and utilize your core throughout the movements and always give you a solid workout while ensuring proper (and safe) form. They have classes for beginners but also expand up to intermediate and beyond with engaging exercises across mat, reformer, chair, and springboard Pilates. I've noticed real improvements in my core strength and also find I no longer get a sore back or shoulders since working out regularly with the amazing team here. It's like physical therapy for your whole body. The owner and staff really are top-notch instructors that are up on the latest techniques but also just fun, classy people. A great environment to spend a portion of your day investing in your fitness.

I reached out to the owner NADINE to see if she please just extend my pass for an extra day or two so I do t have to miss out on the days I had purchased. NO RESPONSE. as a business owner myself I'm very disappointed and upset about how she handled the situation because I would never treat a client/customer the way she had done to me. I emailed her the next day in the evening forwarded my email and asked if she had received my email and if she can please help me in any way possible. SHE BLOCKED ME from sending any emails to her, because right after I sent that follow up email I get an automated response that message can't be sent to sender because "I'm not in her email address book". so if anyone is trying to book any passes or sessions with this "Pilates studio" I recommend going to club Pilates, like I have done so myself, you get more bang for your buck at club Pilates. I get same day appointments and can book out at least a month in advance and price is way better. if you're considering this "studio" please reconsider and take this as a warning sign. it's been about 2 weeks now and still have not heard back from NADINE "the owner".
