They have electrolyte powders available for purchase as well, but you can also bring your own from home. It's recommended to do three cycles starting in the dimly let and perfectly hot sauna for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse off quickly before hopping in one of the cold plunge baths for 30 to 90 seconds. I think this is something everybody should try at least once! Even if you think you won't like the cold, it is invigorating and energizing, and I feel so good after doing it! Then they have a nice relaxation room chairs, and tables available to have a cup of tea or coffee or sit and chat with friends if you are with someone else. Keep in mind this is not necessarily like a spa waiting room where it's dark and quiet, it's more like a chill spot sit and hang out and chat with others if you'd like. The spa sides are split by gender, but they do offer a date night package, which I'm looking forward to doing! The yoga classes range from restorative to power with many conducted in 95 degrees which I personally love! Jodie, Tori, Taryn, Andrea and Lindsey all have different styles, yet I have a hard time deciding between them as they are all terrific! I also love the occasional workshops with fun and different yoga classes and healthy living sessions. (If you've never done breathwork, take Jodie's breathwork and meditation workshop!
