It is a great studio comes with a lot of personality. People are super friendly and helpful. I got situated. The cartoon illustration on the wall is awesome and somewhat inspiring! Ha. Flooring was not your typical studio flooring. More of a fuzzy mat texture. 60 min class always come with their own sequences. Good to see each instructor's preference. I think the classroom itself doesn't retain heat very well. So the heater was on the whole time with hot air circulating. It is not a quiet class (with hot air blowing) but it masks my bones cracking. Ha. Instructor is nice. They also offer inferno Pilates. I noticed the weight offered here is decent. Looks like a good workout. I would love coming back again next time I am in town. Love it.

Discounts for seniors, juniors, veterans/military, and first-timers, so you should drop by! 5 stars for the staff and yoga itself; a bit less due to amenities (i.e. no showers, limited bathroom and changing space, no lockable lockers). Bathrooms: 1 single-occupancy bathroom on the other end of the classroom. Also, there's a small curtained-off area for changing, about the size of a closet, also single-occupancy. That said, I don't see the traffic here being so high that it's a big issue.

She is super kind and knowledgeable, and I can see a huge positive difference between my strength and flexibility at the beginning of the summer and the end as a result of taking her classes. I also learned more about how to do certain poses correctly. I brought friends and family to her classes throughout the summer and they really enjoyed them as well. I was a beginner to hot yoga and took a few classes with Serena which I would also really recommend!

I don't swim, but if you do, there are two pools and a big hot tub. Locker room is fine and you can rent a locker and get towel service, which is great. They also have an outdoor area where you can lift or do cardio outside which is a great idea. My absolute favorite thing is that they put basketball hoops in the racket ball courts and there is really nothing I love more than to shoot some hoops after working out. My absolutely least favorite part of this gym is that it is too hot during the day inside to do cardio and they don't put the A/C on or are super cheap with the A/C. I can't run on the treadmills at all because it is just too hot. If you are standing around, it doesn't seem too bad, but as soon as you start doing any serious cardio, it is hell. I am from the Bay Area and this has always been a big thing for me. So, not sure what I am going to do about cardio, but at least I can use machines, lift weights, and play basketball. We also had some sessions with a personal trainer, Charlie, and he is awesome. BUT - I wish they would keep at least ONE cool cardio room!! Argh.

Places to chat, and places to be quiet. I have been coming here here periodically with my women friends, and--Why is it that an ogling eavesdropper will follow us EVERY TIME ??? And there is always that couple, all over one another in the meditation pool, or the folks having sex the small heated pool-- a gross out for anybody else who might wish to use it(except for the guy who sideled up to them, and joined in, solo...) Why is there is no supervision, or easy way to report this. What kind of healing spa ignores it's own rules? Why isn't there a call button, or more present security?
