I've been spending time in Flagstaff during the summer on and off for years and have been to this studio more than a handful of times both this summer and last. They had some growing pains with the heat when the first opened but have that under control now... The yoga classes they offer are just what I needed every time I went. I especially loved taking Kortney's classes. YogaSix prides itself on providing a "sensory yoga experience accessible to all," and I can see why... the instructors all provide modifications so whether you are beginner, intermediate, or advanced, you can give your body what it needs that day. Their six core classes are: Y6 101, Y6 Restore, Y6 Slow Flow, Y6 Hot, Y6 Power, and Y6 Sculpt & Flow. I've taken the Y6 Hot, Y6 Power, and Y6 Sculpt & Flow and have enjoyed them all... I highly recommend taking advantage of their introductory offer (currently $26 for the first week although that may change) or I believe you can also do your first class for just $10. Note: this studio is all about selling memberships, providing long term benefits and customer service, and that is not a bad thing, but even if you're just interested in drop-ins on occasion like me, you'll likely get a lot of follow up phone calls! Even so, I'll continue to drop in for some solid classes on future trips to Flag and recommend that you do the same! read more

ok so i think the classes are fantastic However their membership model is horrific Based on your membership level you get credits to go to a class However the credits expire every month You still pay the monthly fee but if you do not use the allocatted credits you lose them every month even though you paid the full fee I also had to place my membership on hold due to travel and their is a hold fee as well Great studio but way too money hungry read more

I have never been a huge fan of hot yoga, but in this past year have found a few studios that created a hot yoga experience that doesn't feel like attempted murder. YogaSix provides mats, blocks, straps and other props necessary if you so desire and a variety of classes for every need. From Yin and restorative to power and working with weights. You can find what you need and likely at a time that works for you. I was impressed not only with the professionalism of the instructors, but their willingness to assist with finding alternate poses. Audrey has rectified the situation and created an outcome that is agreeable. I will continue to take classes at the studio when possible as my issue was with a business practice not the yoga. It all started well enough as most things do. I took a few classes, liked the studio, classes, and teachers and so signed up for an unlimited class package as I like to go regularly. After 4 months my circumstances changed making it impossible for me to regularly attend classes at this studio. I had already met the stated 3 month minimum for the unlimited class package discount and so asked that my account be closed and billing stopped. I was told that my billing could be frozen until I was able to resume regular attendance, which was fine as I expected that I would be able to resume classes at some point in the future. Things start to go wrong when I discover (a month late) that billing was resumed on my account without my consent or request. When I reached out to the studio to correct this it proved impossible to reach someone by phone or get a message returned so I had to make the 2 hour trip to the studio only to informed that I would need to send an email to a "general manager" requesting an account termination. When I did this I was informed that there was a 30 day advance notice required and that the final payment did not actually count for classes and was essentially a donation to the studio. So two payments were taken from my account without my consent and then explained away by the "gm" as policy. Frankly it seems the policy is to first avoid clients wishing to cancel then make it difficult and economically painful to do so. The yoga was fine here the business model feels more like the worst of the health club/ gym rackets, so be warned. They may offer yoga classes here but this is far from a Yoga studio or community of Yogi's. read more

This place isn't cheap, but as they say, you get what you pay for. This place is wonderful! The space is nice, clean, small, calming. The teachers are all incredible, my personal favorite instructor is Nicole. There is a class for everyone, from beginners on! Heated and not heated available, which is nice to have options. They finish off every class with a nice cold towel waiting for you at the door. They have showers and lockers, mats and towels for rent if you need it. It feels welcoming and all types of people are in class! read more

I took Nicole's evening class. She was very attentive to all of us in the class. She was mindful of the possibility that some practitioners might not choose to do every pose, although it seemed as though all in the class were comfortable with this level. The facility is very clean and the front office staff was also enthusiastic and attentive. This is a lovely studio. The class was relaxing, yet at the same time a good workout. My insurance will pay for 4 sessions a month and I will certainly take advantage of that, and probably do more classes as well. read more

Unfortunately the 5 star experience I had right off the bat wasn't representative of the care I actually received while attending this yoga studio. They are extremely nice and accommodating when you first sign up but once you want to talk about changing your membership, or mention cancelling your membership you are suddenly treated with disrespect while at the same time being gaslight so that you may stay. This place is extremely overpriced for what the classes actually are, and the studio almost always has a slight body oder smell. It becomes extremely apparent that this is just another corporate trap when you try talking to them about being double charged in the same week. I was double charged back in December, on the 6th and again on the 10th. I received no notice in a text or an email that this occurred so I didn't even get to use the extra 4 classes that I paid for since I was not aware of this double charge - and when I asked for the charge to be refunded I was ignored for days and treated like I was just trying to steal from them or something. Don't waste your time here, in the end you will just be stressed out and will feel used. Go to any other yoga studio in flagstaff to SAVE MONEY and be treated with respect. read more
