First time visiting this yoga studio and really enjoyed my workout. I got a really great workout since it's hot yoga. I can't remember the instructors name since she was filling in however she was very friendly and kicked our butts! I took advantage of the first time client of 3 classes for $35 so that I can see how I like it. The studio seemed really clean and I liked the area it was in. I love hot yoga with Lisa on Thursdays. She has such a soothing voice and is very motivational. I try to go at least twice a month for hot yoga. I wish I could go more but classes have gotten so expensive. I remember when they used to be about $22 a class and now it's $30 a class! I try to take advantage of the sales when they have them so I can participate in more classes. Okay so this review is a mixed review unfortunately. I would give it 5 stars for the instructors and 3 for the front desk so that's why I am giving it a 4. First off Stephanie for Sculpt is AH-MAZING! Love love love her. I wish I could take her back to LA with me. She brings the energy and is so motivational and I can tell she loves her job and her class. She gets 5 stars all day every day! So yes, I live in LA and I am just visiting Tampa (Westchase) for a month to stay with my mom. I love that it's walking distance from my mom's apartment in this lovely complex. When I first walked in and was checking out the place, the woman at the desk was not super friendly and seemed annoyed. I get that I am not going to be a permanent customer and it was only a 10 pack but I'll just say that I was a little disappointed by her lack of enthusiasm. But I won't let one bad apple spoil the whole experience. YogaSix is in LA as well and I usually go to Corepower Yoga for many years! It's a good change from the norm and I do recommend Y6 at Westchase. read more

I never leave reviews !! Usually not that angry but this is worth the read and heads up, especially if you use class pass because you may lose your credits. I signed up to try this location with a friend on class pass. I live 35 minutes away. The class starts at 5:00, with rush hour traffic and parking (never been to this location so I had difficulty navigating, left earlier to give myself time) I opened the door at 5:01 (not exaggerating). They wouldn't allow me to join the class. I asked if there were any positions in the class where it would be acceptable for me to join the class as other locations let the late participants wait and join when appropriate. They told me no. I explained I drove 35 minutes to meet a friend here, is there no forgiveness?? She said there was nothing she could do, it's out of her control and the instructors control it. They must have started before 5:00 start time for this to have been an issue (they were already established and in down dog by 5:00, that's what the front desk told me). The front was nice and you could tell she wanted to let me in but the instructors have apparently made it an uncomfortable situation. I understand respecting people's time and being punctual is important, but this is crazy and I'm not sure I'd even truly consider this as "late". Thank god the front desk was nice enough to mark me as present so I wasn't charged a late fee, but unfortunately I wasted 5 credits on this class. I know they get lots of reviews and I know that nothing will be done to make this up, but wow I wish they would at least give me some gas money, credits, and my time back, lol. The Clearwater and st.pete locations are much better and my experience with their instructors have been great. I recommend going to those yogasix's or joining a local practice (support local)!! read more

Home sweet home. I really enjoy attending the variety of yoga classes this studio offers. The staff is amazing like really amazing and always smiling. The instructors are dedicated and delightful. The studio is clean and is a safe place for all. Every class I've took I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to book another class. If you want to avoid the crowds check out a morning class because as you can imagine evening classes bring in the crowds (easy to check capacity availability in the Y6 app). Namaste :) read more

Really clean and bright facility. Came in for a restorative yoga and was met with friendliness and a big welcome! Everything about the class and studio were explained to me which I really appreciated. Lockers are available to store your things and I was offered a free bottle of water for my first day! The class wasn't too packed and everyone had a good amount of space. My only complaint is that the class wasn't as restorative as I had hoped. It was more fast paced and involved more core work than I'm used to for this type of class. Would recommend to a friend! read more

I have found my happy place! This studio has different varieties of classes for any level or yogi goal. The owner and instructors take the time to get to know you and your limits, push you and celebrate your wins with you, and it really feels like a community. My personal favorites are the hot classes, Sculpt and Flow, and Power, and I genuinely look forward to coming every day (well maybe not every day but you know what I mean!). For people who want just the mind and body connection of yoga or if they really want to tone it up, there's a class for everyone!! read more
