I told them I was allergic to dogs and that it was obvious a dog was in here and that I would appreciate a different room. They still did not switch my room, and I was forced to remain in an offensively smelling room. 5 minutes later the front desk came to my room with a can of spray. Ridiculous! Horrible customer service and I will make sure the company never books me at this specific hotel ever again. ----update. I spoke to a manager, he informed me that the reason they couldn't put me in another room is because they didn't have another room available. While I feel like that could've easily been communicated, and I'm skeptical that he just told me that, I feel like it wouldn't be fair if I didn't update this review to add that context.

The windows and window coverings did not look new... Our biggest concern was walking into the room and seeing 3 black spots on the ceiling. After investigation, they were ladybugs. We found later that there were roughly 10 under the window cover... ladybugs are not the worst bug to have in a room, but NO BUGS are more ideal. Breakfast options were okay. Nothing crazy or exciting. They were out of hot water the evening we arrived so we could not make hot chocolate in the lobby.

I had to use the bathroom very badly so as soon as I came up I dropped all my stuff, went into the restroom and turned on the light to find what looks like a roach crawling around. This is ridiculous. I did not expect this from a Hilton hotel. I am VERY disappointed, disgusted and tired. I'm also concerned now because my luggage and other items were open in the dark room all night and I don't want to take any creepy crawlers home with me. This was the last thing I needed on my last night in Atlanta. Definitely would never stay here again and wish I did a little more due diligence and checked here, instead of the Hilton app, for reviews because I probably wouldn't have booked here.
