Very friendly and quick service very nice staff. Great suggestions. I'm very patient with my family of six. We're deciding what to order.

This is one of those delicious fast food type teriyaki places where when you order an avocado, they give you a whole friggin avocado! The teriyaki chicken is delicious and ask for the spicy teriyaki sauce! It'll spice up your dish really good! The service is great and there is just enough space to enjoy a meal inside or outside the place!

Yogi's Grill: solid lunch place that doesn't break the bank I've been here twice and had their lunch special chicken and beef teriyaki with a drink. It was not only delicious but also incredibly affordable, making it perfect for a midday meal. Whether you're a local looking for a quick bite or a visitor to Magic Mountain, Yogi's Grill is worth a visit. With its easy parking and wallet-friendly prices, it's sure to become a favorite dining spot for many.

Good food and great portions. We got 2 meals worth and not too bad! Much better than places like Yoshinoya.

If you've spent the last 4+ hours wandering around Six Flags like I was, you need something delicious system to bring you back to life. So grateful we stumbled upon Yogis! They have huge portions of tender meat, fresh vegetables, and savory sauces. I ordered the beef and chicken teriyaki bowl, and for $0.99 more I made it low-carb by replacing the rice with fresh veggies (carrots, broccoli, and cabbage). This was such a huge portion for $12 that I couldn't finish it. The beef was deliciously marinated and the chicken was perfectly tender and juicy. We also ordered a chicken yakisoba bowl that was piping hot when it came out. It was so flavorful and perfectly cooked that we couldn't wait for it to cool down...cue some mouth blisters later, but totally worth it. There are some self-serve sauces, so make sure you grab some spicy teriyaki sauce, it goes with everything! The staff were so kind and made this a perfect way to relax after a long and adventurous day. I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area!

The Yogis Grill Sushi was very flavorful with crunchy texture, amazing sushi style! Service was fast and servers were friendly. It was a casual counter service fast food style ordering but it was very clean and pleasant to dine in. Overall great experience.

I could truly write a novel about how much I enjoy this restaurant. As someone who regularly comes…read morehere for sushi, I've had the opportunity to try different items on the menu throughout the years. I fully trust everything coming out of here will be high quality and delicious. When I say I have legitimately been begging Chef Tim for YEARS to offer an omakase experience, I truly mean YEARS. Well, it was a random Wednesday and I found myself wandering in for dinner. Because it was a little early (5:30pm), there were no other customers seated (toward 6:15pm it started getting busy though!) . I gladly took the opportunity to once again beg Chef Tim to do a makeshift omakase experience for my partner and I. I was overjoyed when he agreed since it was on the slower side. He knows our order, and is familiar with our taste preferences, so I completely trusted him. I was super excited to watch Chef Tim be in his element, allowing him to be creative and make something he wouldn't necessarily have time for on a busy day. His passion truly shines in his craft and I knew this was going to be quite an exciting experience. Chef Tim's makeshift omakase experience included: halibut with truffle oil, cripsy rice with toro and caviar, miso chilean sea bass, a trio of seared items including scallop, aburi toro and peppered salmon, Blue fin akami, salmon belly and yellowtail belly, a pickled radish roll with Bluefin tuna, salmon yellowtail, and avocado and the A5 wagyu with uni. He also made secret menu items such as deep fried scallops, maguro yamakake, and my newest favorite which was the "fish taco." The "Fish Taco" was a deep fried garlic red snapper over creamy spicy tuna. I really did enjoy each and every dish he selected for us. I couldn't even begin to rank them because they were all fresh, delicious, served at the perfect temperature and paired well with one another. He did a great job at spreading out raw with deep fried, for a great balance of flavors and textures. (I'm still wishing that he would offer an omakase experience one day - he absolutely killed it!). I was pleasantly surprised by the A5 Wagyu with uni, "Fish Taco" and the the seared trio. It's funny because if you were to ask me I'd say I LOVE raw fish, so the fact that these three stood out to me really surprised me. Another thing is, I would never gravitate toward beef at a sushi spot, but I was thoroughly impressed with how well the flavors infused together. I knew they offered it on their menu, and like I said before, I thoroughly trust them, so if I was going to go out of my element it would be here. Another thing that I wanted to mention was that you can special order a whole sushi cake! While we didn't pre order one today, we had it in the past and it's also one of my favorite items. It consists of salmon and ikura on top with rice, masago, and imitation crab inside. I'd much prefer this over a real cake any day! Overall if you've stayed with me for this long, then you can probably already tell that I'm the self proclaimed President of the Ananto fan club. I'm just really sorry to my partner's wallet because I keep adding more and more new foods we just HAVE to order every time we go ;).

However, since we were already there, we decided to give it a try. After getting seated, we ordered drinks and wrote down our sushi order on the paper provided. We also added a few appetizers and rolls. Even though there were no other customers, the food took quite a long time to come out. The most disappointing part was the service. Instead of placing the dishes on the table, the server just handed everything to me directly. I had to take every single plate and set it down on the table myself. I'm not sure if the server was untrained or just lazy, but my wife and I could only laugh at how absurd it was. To top it all off, the sushi we ordered at the very beginning never arrived, even after we had finished all our other food. It was clear they completely forgot about it, so we just asked for the check, paid, and left. This was our first time here, and we definitely won't be coming back.

And a quick search from Yelp reminded me that we were here last time! I guess they are still attractive. This place felt like it was run by the Vietnamese, as all hosts and servers spoke Vietnamese to each other. The menu is as extensive as before, 2 full pages of rolls! One page is the standard ones, like the Lion King, sumo rolls, 49er's, and the other page is their special rolls. Unlike last time that we tried a bunch of their special appetizers (and they are still the same on the menu), we tried the rolls and bento this time and I think I like that more. We ordered the Teena roll, the Gilbert roll, an order of salmon roe sushi, a side order of chicken fried rice, and a tempura bento. The rolls tasted good, soft and slightly chewy in the mouth with a blend of all the sashimi and crab meat and sticky Japanese rice. The tempura bento was sumptuous! It came with a bowl of miso soup, a bowl of white rice, 4 or 5 pieces of gyoza, a salad, cucumber, a pre-cut orange, and 8 or 9 pieces of tempura of a variety. My least favorite is probably the salmon roe sushi as I wish the roes look bigger and more orange-y. Service was great. Although we were told they were busy and we might have to wait a bit, food started to come in less than 5 minutes! We didn't get a water refill but the glass of water was big. Dirty dishes were taken away timely too. I've been abused by the Bay Area exorbitant prices for a long time, it was such a pleasure to see rolls priced at $15. So overall, it was a good dinner in town.

I believe our server's name was Hollyn. She asked us if we had ever been there before, and we said no. She offered to give us the spiel of how everything works but it seemed pretty straight forward. There were three menus - All You Can Eat, Adventures in Niku, and A la Cart. We opted for the AYCE premium at $50/person. We were told we can order 2 meats per person, and then as many sides as we wanted when we put in an order. We ordered: Garlic edamame, cheese corn, cucumbers, vegetable spring rolls, fried pork gyoza dumplings, toro beef, angus beef rib, New York steak, pork belly, shishito peppers, and a few other meat options that I can't remember from the AYCE menu. A la cart we ordered the garlic rice. From the Adventures in Niku menu we got the $2.50 Kirin drafts. My personal favorites were the Angus Beef Rib, garlic edamame, garlic fried rice, and lots and lots of s'mores! We were very impressed with our server because she was very present and not on autopilot. For example, when we put in our first order we ordered the garlic fried rice and a two steamed white rices. I believe when a different employee dropped off our meats, she said she was going to get the white rice but never came back. My partner and I didn't think anything of it because the garlic fried rice was so large, and we can always order more steamed rice if we really needed it. About halfway into our meal, our server looks at our food and goes "didn't you order 2 steamed rices in addition to the garlic fried rice?!" I said yes and she immediately went to go get it. It was really nice to see that she wasn't just putting orders in as she heard them, but she was actually fully present and listening to what the order was and then doing mental checks to see if we had received everything. She was fantastic! In addition to our server, I noticed that there were bussers who would walk around looking for empty plates to remove. This really helped with keeping our table as empty as possible for all the food that we ordered. Overall, the food was something fun and different than we're used to. However, the stand out for me were the friendliness and efficiency from all the employees.

First, I would like to say that my family and I have dined at your restaurant on several occasions and have always had positive experiences. We have enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service, which is why the experience we had last night was particularly disappointing. My family and I visited your establishment again and ordered from the à la carte menu. After we had finished most of our meal and paid our bill, some members of our party, including my brothers, were still enjoying their sake and finishing their drinks. To our surprise, a staff member approached us and asked us to leave the restaurant. While I understand that it was a busy evening and that there may have been other customers waiting for tables, I found it inappropriate and unprofessional to be asked to leave when we were still consuming items we had legitimately purchased. We did not order from an all-you-can-eat menu, which typically has a clearly stated time limit. As paying customers dining from the regular menu, we reasonably expected to be allowed to finish our food and beverages without feeling rushed or pressured to leave. What was most disappointing was the manner in which the situation was handled. Hospitality should include treating guests with courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy the restaurant may be. Being asked to leave while still finishing our drinks and foods left us feeling unwelcome and diminished what would otherwise have been an enjoyable dining experience. I hope you will address this matter with your staff and reinforce the importance of professional customer service and respectful communication. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I would appreciate your acknowledgment of this complaint and any information regarding how this matter will be addressed. Sincerely, Carla

I think they may want to consider raising their prices to afford some upkeep on their premises, as it is aging. I ran across this place because it happened to be in the same parking lot as my primary destination, and I was pleasantly surprised. I have visited Benihanas before and this place had the same general vibe, but I had a better experience here than any Benihana I've been to. I had the NY steak entree which comes which a choice of soup (I had miso), a small salad, grilled shrimp appetizer, and I upgrade my steamed rice to fried rice for a few bucks. I also had the tempura banana with ice cream desert. I arrived alone. Having never been here I was impressed by the little pond and waterfall with stream and koi fish. The whole building had an air of what was once a premium setting but had succumbed to age and poor maintenence. I see potential here, but it would require a heavy financial investment at this time to repair and clean. I was sat with a group of a couple family's that had just returned from a beach trip. They were all very polite and nice, but the smell of coconut sunscreen became a feature of my dining experience. The cook put on a bit of a spectacle, lighting onions on fire and flipping food around. All of the food tasted good, not amazing, but I have no complaints. It was well worth the very reasonable price. The stand out part of my meal was the simple tempuraed banana with ice cream desert - I may return just for this!
