First time visiting yogurt breeze. Unfortunately there were a lot of yogurt flavors out. I ended up getting cake batter and chocolate. The cake batter tasted just like vanilla. There was a good selection of toppings but not as much as other yogurt places. I also found them to be more pricey than other yogurt places near by. read more

The Hershey milkshake and açaí bowl were good. It satisfied a craving but didn't stand out to me. Very pricey for quality and size. $10 milkshake and $10 açaí bowl (small). Definitely somewhere I would go for a local treat but not out of my way. Very clean location and nice staff. read more

This little spot was a goldmine of a find. The location is in a shopping center so there was ample regular parking but limited wheelchair ramp parking. There was a ramped sidewalk that lead to the shop but assistance is required due to the luck of automatic doors. The inside of the shop is fun for all. The style and atmosphere were fun and colorful. The place is very clean and organized. The multiple play areas make it fun for both kids and adults, and the free-play gives kids something to do while parents enjoy desert without being harassed for game money. They offer so many desert options from frozen yogurt with unlimited toppings, regular ice-cream, milkshakes, coffees, etc. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The women behind the counter was kind enough to help me create my desert and made recommendations that I never would have thought of. All in all this is a great spot for desert with a date, significant other, family, or visitors. The environment is relaxing and you don't feel rushed to leave when done. I highly recommend them and will make this one of my regular spots. read more

I've only been once. Nothing stands out much. They were a hodge-lodge of sweets- smoothies, açaí bowls, froyo, ice cream, paletas, etc. check it out if that's your jam just don't go in with high expectations for something mind-blowing. read more

This establishment has a very small sign that states they are "pet friendly" which went unnoticed as I walked in to get some froyo. Outside of a service animal a small establishment like this where they have food out in the open uncovered should not allow pets inside for obvious sanitation reasons not to mention patrons with allergies to dogs. As I'm ordering in walks someone with their PET and there's no telling what someone's untrained pet would do especially being allowed to run around the kids play area. Absolutely disgusting and do not plan to return. read more

Very clean but I've had a lot of frozen yogurt and this didn't even look like yogurt more it was icy texture. Some of the flavors were empty and not marked as such so I got some extra fluid in my cup. The handles were hard to start and stop so I got more than intended. Plus super expensive almost $11 for one small cup. I'll stick to menchies! read more

Don't order delivery via UberEats or DoorDash from here. They will frequently skip mentioning when a topping is unavailable and will substitute it with a different topping that they choose. Why would you add almonds to my ice cream if I wanted peanut M&Ms? I'd rather you didn't replace the toppings with anything if they are unavailable. This has happened multiple times, it's very frustrating. read more

Awesome family spot. Just moved here in the area and it's a great place to take kids. I just stopped in and they have Santa here taking pictures with the kids! Christmas music was playing and for a yogurt place it was a lot of fun. The yogurt is tasty with many options for toppings including cheesecake bites! Pros: Great selection of toppings. Play area for kids. Geared toward families Cons: Had to ask for prices. Sub-par customer service Bottom Line: I had a really negative experience in terms of customer service so I won't be going back. They have a basic selection of froyo and lots of toppings so if you have small children you'll probably have a better experience here. Not a trendy or young person oriented froyo place. Me and my gf were having a late night craving for some crêpes when we decided to stop by Yogurt Breeze. It had a fun-playtime atmosphere with several small children playing in the designated children's area. This is definitely a froyo place aimed toward families and small children. You'll find way more toppings than you'll know what to do with here! They have some common froyo selections with nothing out of the ordinary (Vanilla, Nutella, Mango Sorbet, tart, etc.) Unfortunately the negative thing for me was my experience with the customer service. The first strange thing we noticed was that the prices for the Froyo/oz and the crêpes weren't listed anywhere. We asked the employee, an older gentleman, what they were and we learned that it was 59 cents/oz. and $6.99 for a crêpe (although he wasn't entirely sure before he checked). Pretty strange considering every froyo place I've ever been to have had prices clear as day, but it's alright. What I really didn't like is that the employee stood right behind me as I was sampling the different froyos. I'm not sure if he thought I was sampling too many (5-6) but I always like to sample the consistency and quality of product at a new Froyo place especially if it's been a while since I had froyo. I definitely got the feeling he was judging me, and my gf felt uncomfortable enough by his presence that she wondered whether she should use the bathroom since it said it was for customers only and I hadn't yet bought anything. I ended up getting one of their specials which was a $2.99 waffle cone that you could fill with froyo and toppings. At first you might think it's a good deal, but honestly it's tough to fill much froyo and toppings without spilling in that cone, and I didn't feel like making a mess of the topping bar. At checkout I tried to use the Yelp Check in Offer for 15% but was told I couldn't use it because the cone was already a special offer. I was a little turned off by this because the check in offer make no indication that I couldn't use the offer for specific items. Even worse when I suggested that they add that limitation to the check-in offer he just brushed me off and just repeated that I couldn't use the check in offer. Felt so uncomfortable that I decided to leave with my cone rather than sit in. All in all I did not enjoy being shadowed as I sampled froyo, unclear check-in offers, and dismissive employees. Will not be coming back anytime soon. read more

Cute little spot. I was very impressed that they had a kid's section with puzzles and a kiddie table. Will have to return. It was my first time here and upon saying that, the employee (owner?) was super helpful showing us and explaining how things work. The topping choices are impressive. My only complaint is the price is a little steep. You pay by the ounce and not by amount of toppings like cold stone and other places so don't get too carried away! Also, the Mickey Mouse chocolate portion of the waffle cone was too rich for me. Super sweet. I couldn't eat it but I'm sure my daughter would love that it had cream in the middle. read more

Several yummy FroYo options and many premium toppings PLUS cupcakes and shakes! They have four high top tables, a couple of booths and a kid-sized table. In addition to the delicious desserts, they have air hockey and foosball tables as well as a big screen tv that was showing a kid friendly movie. We will be back. Thanks! read more

Yum Yum Yogurt Breeze! That should be their slogan. Lake Nona is majorly lacking in available food choices but is slowly developing options. I prefer Yogurt Breeze's flavors of fro-yo over nearby Menchie's. I also like the location. Easy to get to when we are out that way to see family and plenty of parking. There are a few little restaurants in this same area such as Nona Sushi if you want desert after dinner. Who doesn't? No complaints here. I like that flavors and the selection of toppings is average to other similar fro yo operations. Clean but cold in the shop so we usually take our treats to go. My parents come here more often then me and have never had a bad thing to say about it. They even have a frequent fro yo punch card. #regulars If you're in the Nona area on a scorching day it is worth a stop to get some refreshing fro yo here. read more

This place has potential. It was clean just like our favorite fro yo shop down the street and the fiance' had a nice cup of yogurt that she enjoyed. I had ice cream made under nitrogen. Kinda cool and gimmicky but I was able to choose three toppings and it was neat to see how it worked. The result was a super hard ice cream... can't complain about the flavor, I got to pick it after all... The toppings bar had all the usual suspects. So why only a three star rating? Well, it doesn't feel warm inside at all... and I don't mean temperature... it just didn't feel inviting. When we came in, we were greeted by a gaggle of teens who were all visiting with each other vs working and some didn't even work there. I remember when I was a kid and we'd visit our friends at work, so I tolerated it... but its so hard to give this more stars when I have to compare it to the place up the street where the teens running the place are always busy working, cleaning and happily taking care of their customers in a super professional manner. I'd go back and try a different flavor, I mean the place was clean and the dessert was good... Just not the inviting atmosphere I was looking for. read more

Love this place! It has a great selection of froyo flavors and toppings and the staff is always super friendly! I took my one year old with me today and got him a little sample cup since a normal size is too much for him. The employee saw this and brought him over a cup to eat on of his own. They have definitely won my business from now on...especially dangerous since it's right next to the Publix I go to on a weekly basis. read more

The yogurt and toppings themselves would be a 3 star. Definitely good, but pretty much what I'd expect from a froyo place. That have sample cups, which are hard to find at most stores nowadays. They have about a dozen flavors and they're pretty good. No mochi toppings tho. They're getting another star for their service! The people in front of us ordered a shake and she explained to them super nicely the flavor/topping combos they could have and let them sample a lot of flavors to make sure that they would like the shake they eventually got. She apologized to us for the wait, and we got to enjoy some delicious yogurt! read more

Came here with my roommate for some froyo! I liked the place... they had some very interesting flavors that I have never seen before like - Nutella froyo! Their selection of toppings were great too... so much variety! I think this place has got the most toppings I've seen in a frozen yogurt location. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I've been to quite a few self-serve frozen yogurt (froyo) places, but this was definitely one of the best. Hubby and I came not long before closing, but the employee was warm and courteous and made sure we knew how everything worked. The flavors were great (I got peanut butter and Nutella froyo because yumm) and there were A TON of toppings and sauces the choose from. The place was also impeccably clean, which definitely also helped the experience. I'll be back when that froyo craving hits me again! read more

What can I even say..? I love Yogurt Breeze. It was my OG froyo location, and each visit here is just special. Been coming here since high school, and recently, I've been coming here a little more often. Love the flavors they offer as well as the service.
