This place has an astounding selection of ice cream flavors! I also appreciate that they offer many nondairy options too and they have milkshakes, taiyaki, hot foods and more. I tried the nondairy coffee rolled ice cream ($10 for a medium), and it was very flavorful, but had a very hard consistency initially that I thought the spoon was going to snap. It wasn't until it had melted for 15 minutes when it became more smooth to eat. Otherwise very delicious! The staff are very friendly and greet everyone who walks in. They also let you know when they are making the rolled ice cream if you are not at the counter so you can watch the process. It only took a couple minutes and was very satisfying to watch! Would definitely recommend as I'm not aware of any other place in Orlando with such an extensive menu and interactive ice cream experience!

Explained the menu, waited until I came over to watch the rolled ice cream being made, and made it a point to ensure all our questions were answered. There are a few tables, game machines and a strange walled off area towards the back. I did like all the flavor options and how organized the menu was.

Obviously he did not want to be working or interact with the customers. It was also extremely dirty. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time as you can see from the photos posted. We needed to use the restroom but decided if the main area looked this bad...we were scared of what the restrooms looked like. I hope the owners train their employees better and clean. This is a food establishment.
What a cool ice cream spot we found! Rolled is the full package: delicious food, service is 5-stars and the place has a super nice ambience overall. Plenty of parking in front as well. When you enter there are a few screens where we placed our order- you can customize as you like!. You pay right there and you can choose to watch them male your rolled ice cream, super fun! Plenty of flavors, toppings and mix-ins to delight everyone!
Discovered this gem on a Thursday night. Super friendly service and had the owner came out talking to us. This guy is an angel!!!
The ice cream & customer service here are both excellent! They have a lot of vegan options & you can choose the type of milk you want it made with. I believe they have soy, almond & maybe oat. My favorite is the Pecan rolled ice cream! The owner & staff are very friendly & welcoming every time I go. They've also had a kids table & chairs with books, crayons & coloring books. Another time I went & it wasn't there, I hope they bring that back. Great place, def give it a try if you're craving ice cream!
The rolled ice cream is amazing, it's THE best ice cream you can get in Orlando for a good price. We got a large coconut ice cream with mango, pineapple, and strawberry mixed in. All the toppings taste natural and good. Also the smoothies are natural from Columbia. The owner, Louis, is super nice and so was the lady rolling the ice cream! They both welcomed us into their store and initiated good conversation like they genuinely care. I was a bit thrown off by the $1 for each spoon or bowl, but when I asked him it was because they conducted a yearlong survey and found they spent $6k extra in extra spoons and bowls. He also mentioned that the toppings and ice cream are priced to ensure variety and quality for the customers. Louis truly cares about his customers, he gives mom and pop shop vibes.
The place was okay. I wish I had tried more since they had lots of choices especially in terms of flavors. I got the brownie batter rolled ice cream with a single topping. The staff was nice and told me about the menu and a student discount. But my ice cream was almost $10, which was pretty expensive for what I got. The taste was just good, nothing extraordinary though. I think my experience could have been elevated with better presentation or more ice cream in the cup.
My friends and I showed up 30 mins before closing and the staff took great care of us. They had so many favors and toppings to choose from. I went with the Thai Tea ice cream flavor and Cinnamon Toast Crunch topping mixed in and it was a delicious combo. I do think it is a bit overpriced for ice cream though, so that's my one negative! The staff even made sure we had access to a trash can to dispose of our cups because they were closing and there are no public trash cans outside. Shout out to our ice cream roller who even told us a few jokes while she rolled our ice cream!
Their reward program is very deceiving. It says your 6th ice cream is free as if after purchasing 5 ice creams you will get one free. This is not the case. They give you a stamp for one visit and it doesn't matter how many ice creams you purchase during the trip. So really it should be ONE free ice cream after your 5th VISIT. It's also very pricey. I believe a small was like $8. If it tasted great then I'd understand the price but it's nothing special. You are paying for them to roll the ice cream.
The ice cream tasted delicious. my children loved the rolled look and they really enjoyed the cake batter ice cream. It was not a very personable experience- you walk up to a kiosk to place your order and someone will call your name and hand you the order. The ice cream is handed through a tiny window and your name is called when it's done. there's not a lot of room to sit in the surrounding area either. However, the ice cream was very delicious and it was a cool look. I really enjoyed how thick it was. It tasted unique compared to other ice cream spots.
This was hands down the best DAIRY FREE ice cream I've ever had. I got rolled cookies and cream with strawberries and a banana Superman milk shake! It was an old school vibe and had an old arcade game which was really cool! The reason I didn't give it a 5 was because the staff wasn't the friendliest. The worker walked outside to tell me my order was ready and didn't bring it out to me so I had to walk to the back for him to hand it to me, which I found odd

I love how clean and pretty it was inside however I was a little disappointed to see how overpriced lactose intolerant options were. They also did not include any toppings and everything. In addition to the flavor was additional charge. The service overall was quick, however so you're looking for a quick in and out, this is a go to spot. read more

Overall. A pretty decent ice cream spot. I had the cookie dough ice cream and it was really good . I added cookie crumble and whipped cream . I like that the menu is diverse from hotdogs , to ice cream scoops to ice cream. They have different assortment ice creams to choose from and some dairy free options. I like the layout of the restaurant as well. The servers were very friendly and offered help with the menu . I will come back in the future for another sweet treat . read more

Wow! Talk about a hidden gem. Tayaki made to order, big portions, and friendly staff. I only wish there was one where I live. Sorry that I ate everything before I thought of taking a picture. I've been putting this review off for a while now. This time, on purpose. I love the concept of rolled coffee, and I'm sure their normal rolled ice cream is delicious. I'm solely commenting on their sugar free options. My family was excited to find this place, and try the sugar free ice cream. Good SF Ice cream is hard to come by. They have a good selection of flavors. I got the salted caramel and my family got Hazelnut and coconut. We were told before ordering that "a cup is better then a cone" why? We weren't given an explanation by the man at the counter. We always get our ice cream in cones, and was not given a reason to change that. We should have gotten cups. The ice cream melts very fast. About half of my ice cream ended up dripping on my hands and the ground. The same thing happened to all of us. We tried to finish our ice cream soup as quickly as possible. What we expected to be one of our best SF experiences quickly became our worst. The guy behind the counter hyped it up so well, too bad the consistency didn't deliver. There's a few things that I look for when visiting and ice cream shop for the first time: #1 Quality. #2 Service. #3 Atmosphere and #4 is Price. I keep price last because the first three determine if it's worth what I'm paying for. Quality. If you're an ice cream biter like me, then you would appreciate this place. The consistency of the ice cream stayed firm throughout the whole 10 minutes that it took me to eat it. Everything is homemade so you're guaranteed to get a true taste of what makes this place unique. Service. There are two ways of placing your order. Either by the self service screens across from the main counter, or personally with one of the employees at the register. When they have all of your mix-ins handy, they call you by your name to let you know that your order is being prepared. Though I'm not a stickler for this, I really appreciated that they wore masks while they prepared and served my order. Whether you care for it or not, they also engage in small conversations with you as they are preparing your order, which is a lot more pleasant than any awkward silence. Atmosphere. There are plenty of places around to snap some good photos. Establishment is clean, the music is not too loud, and it feels like an inviting place for families and the general public. Price. I ordered a medium size, rolled "Whatchamacallit" ice cream, in a chocolate with rainbow sprinkles bowl for $9.36. Overall thoughts? It was worth every penny. I will be returning with friends and family soon. read more

Got the rolled Brownie Bits Cookie Dough and it was AMAZING!! Very flavorful and perfect texture. I will definitely return - but not as often as I'd like as the price makes it an occasional treat instead of a frequent one. I do think that whipped cream and a cherry should be an included option. But the ice cream and customer service were top notch and I will be back before too long with the rest of my family. Don't pass this place by if you are in the area! read more
This was our first visit and we hit it at the right time. Didn't have to wait for our turn at the frozen wheel where the magic is performed. The couple who own the place are friendly and engaging. We loved the simplicity of the ingredients and watching them make beautiful rolls out of ice cream. Small is $4. Large is $6. Comes with toppings of your choice. This is a fun afternoon date night. We opted right before dinner--sometimes you just have to eat dessert first. They've been open since March 2019. He said business is good but could be better. I checked out Rolled Ice Cream yesterday. It was located across the street from Waterford Lakes. We got the red bean and the taro flavored rolled ice cream. The taro was my favorite. It was fun to watch them make the rolled ice cream. They spread the liquid ice cream on the cold slab and then scrape it up into rolls. It tasted thick and creamy like Greek yogurt. Delicious! The ordering process was a little strange. I had to manually write down my order on a piece of paper for each item. Why not electronic ordering? It seemed to make the order process longer than it should be. We were the only ones there. read more

Between getting a regular scoop of ice cream or a rolled ice cream I suggest you go the rolled route. Either way a small cup is $6 so you might as well get the experience and the most ice cream possible. If you notice in my picture my small scoop of ice cream with the fruity pebbles was barely half way through the cup. For $6 I feel it should have been a full cup and way more toppings to feel I got my money's worth. My boyfriend got the rolled caramel ice cream but that fell flat also. He said he could barely taste any caramel, but he loves ice cream so he wasn't really complaining. All in all, my experience was mediocre. What I did like was that you can borrow card games to play while you're there so if you're doing a family night out you can have an ice cream and Uno night. But other than that this was a one time only kind of place for me. read more

The red beans is NOT the red beans I am used to..... I expected a red bean paste but it was whole red beans that were in there. The nutella Taiyaki was eh. The batter was okay and nothing special as well. Though they made it fresh, it wasn't as tasty as I imagined it would be. My friend also got the rolled ice cream and I tried it, it was mediocre... Environment This location use to be 5FX, seems like they took over the location and just updated the interiors a little but the layout is the same. There are more tables available Niceness of the staff I wouldn't say the guy was overly nice.... He wasn't friendly at all. When I was ordering my Taiyaki, he needed me to mention my flavors in numbers and not the name. When I said "nutella" he asked what number.. Clearly shows that the employee doesn't care about the product. I understand the ice cream is expensive... but there should be a nicer way to say that we can't have samples. It wasn't good business practice, not because they didn't offer samples but the customer service received wasn't friendly Dollar It was $3 for a taiyaki and the rolled I was about $5 and each additional flavor and topping was extra as well. After having dinner at Papa Lozzi's, my boyfriend's family suggested grabbing dessert here since it's in the next door plaza. It looked interesting and I'd wanted to try it so we all went to have some ice cream. They are adhering to COVID-19 protocols (which is appreciated), so the inside was not open. You order at a window they have set up and there are several benches nearby where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream. I decided to try the Nutella flavor of rolled ice cream in a chocolate waffle bowl. You can watch it being made through the window which is pretty cool. Unfortunately, I found the ice cream underwhelming. It's pretty, but it didn't have a lot of flavor. The rolls look nice, but it's not the easiest to eat as it's a little difficult to get bites on the spoon. It seemed a case where the presentation was there, but the taste just wasn't that great. It's also a little overpriced in my opinion, but their portions are really big (I ordered a small and could have easily shared one with my boyfriend if I'd realized how large it was.) There weren't any garbage cans outside either, but the staff did take our empty cups through the window to dispose of. The people working were friendly and maybe I'd try their scooped ice cream if I was in the area again. There was an adorable kitty hanging out around the area, so kitty pets were an unexpected perk haha. read more
I appreciate the funky stuff and the international ice cream experience that "Five FX Ice Cream And Sweet Cake" bring to the table. I mean, some interesting stuff is happening inside this restaurant, or ice cream parlor. The flavors for the ice cream were good, not amazing (we are always looking for amazing right?), but they make the ice cream right in your face, so plan and time yourself accordingly. There are also several other offerings, not just ice cream, and that makes this place cool. It is borderline Chinese grocery store, where you find more than what you were looking for. It's popular with kids also. read more
