The combo of Mango, Piña Colada, & Coconut was enjoyable and mesmerizing (I topped it with my own sour gummy worms which popped the flavor). This was the REFRESHER I needed. She didn't finish because the Rainbow ice was DISPLEASING for a kid (somehow someway they should make this a cherry or punch flavored ice) $31 seemed a bit much too (but ten dollars a person is somewhat REASONABLE) I do think they need a kids cup option or cup of the day special. She got herself a chili cheese dog combo, and I got myself, my partner and my daughter each a four piece chicken tender combo, and my sister also ordered onion rings and cheese curds. So all in all, that's a lot of food... an older woman with blonde hair, opened up the window and passed me a carrier for all of our drinks, a small bag that had onion rings in it, and then EVERYTHING ELSE we ordered was in one bag so what happened when I tried to grab the bag? It ripped from being overfilled, and all our food fell on the ground. It wouldn't have even been a big deal. I would've happily just sat there and waited for our food to be remade, but then the woman was just super nasty about it. She yelled out "well she dropped the food" while having the nastiest look on her face and then slammed the window shut and proceeds to come outside and start picking up the food off the ground and then stormed off, throwing it into a garbage can without saying anything to us then goes back inside and opens up the window with still a nasty attitude and was like "well you're going to have to pull up while we remake ALL your food" and then tries to slam the window again. So I loudly said "well maybe if you didn't fill the bag up so full" and the manager yells "WHAT WAS THAT" as I'm already pulling up, so then she comes outside and is like "I'm just canceling your order" and I'm like "ok but she was really rude to me, why can't you just remake my food? " and my sister is like "I don't want to wait 5 days for my money to be returned.." and the manager says " I didn't hear her being rude to you. All I heard was you guys being rude and you'll get your money back in three days" and then stormed back inside.. the whole experience was just embarrassing, super hostile and rude, and we ended up having to go spend another $30 somewhere else to eat lunch. I found out yesterday 8/22 that kids on their birthday get a free scoop of ice cream so we went back today 8/23 cause it was my twins birthday. Then today 8/23 I learned that if your child shows their report card and they have A's and B's, they get a free scoop of ice cream or unlimited toppings. Also if they read 25 books, have it logged and their teacher signed it, they can get unlimited toppings on their ice cream. So many great treats for our kiddos who are working hard in school. Home made ice cream that is delicious. I do wish they had a few more flavors. I like that they have a variety of cones, some chocolate covered with sprinkles. You can get toppings, sundaes and shakes. The 2 high school aged kids working were pleasant and knowledgeable about the products. There are tables if you want to eat in the shop. They gave a few claw games as well. I also noticed a freezer with prepackaged take home ice cream sandwiches and cakes on the way out. We will be coming here often
