My son wanted frozen yogurt. It was late so other places were already closed but this place has later hours. They are open from 12:00PM -9:00PM Monday to Thursday and from 1200PM -10:00PM on weekends Friday to Sunday. This is one of four locations . There is inside seating and some benches outside a little says if you want to sit outside as we did. They have a variety of frozen yogurts including some non dairy and sorbets and popular acai that many desire. He had the Nutella with of course gummy worms and other fixings. I had the acai mixed with pomegranate to give a sweeter taste that the employee mentioned. She was helpful in explaining some flavors I have not been before and describe what it takes like. They allow you to try any flavors which I did try several to determine which one I was choosing which makes it easier to choose. I wanted the healthier version with fruit . I only saw strawberries so took those with some almonds . The employee brought out blueberries and kiwi so I added that just in time before checking out. Everything is by weight upon check out . You place your cup on the scale. My son asked how I had more and the price was almost the same. I explained to him the fixings he chose are heavier and so is the dairy frozen yogurt from the one I chose the sorbet one. The fixings you add to it will be heavier so can cost a lot so you need to be aware. It's located at the Shoppes of Deerfield corner of Hillsboro and powerline . There is a lot of parking since it is in a strip mall. A nice evening quenching our palates and time spent together . read more

I love this place. About 10 choices for ice cream, fro-yo, sorbet, and a ton of choices for toppings. You take a big cup and you take as much or as little of whatever you want. There's lots of kosher choices too. The store is bright, and everything is very clean. The yogurts and toppings are all fresh and delicious. read more

Points for a beautiful shop with fresh and delicious yogurt and toppings but demerits for lack luster service, some minor cleanliness issues and lack of variety/ family friendly music choice playing in the shop. Some things to note: you will not be allowed to get tester cups and try the yogurts, you will have to request an employee come assist you. Also I found it a little odd that even though it's the holidays they didn't seem to have any seasonal flavors or seasonal decor. I asked for hot fudge topping but they didn't have any warm topping options. There's room for improvement here in my humble opinion. read more

This review is not about the selection of frozen yogurt or toppings... that was all fantastic (hence the 2 stars). Also, I am a service industry manager and have been for 13 years, so I normally do not complain because I understand.. but this was unacceptable. The customer service was extremely sub-par. My wife had asked for a sample cup, and with an attitude was asked "what flavor do you want" and the sampling of the froyo had to be supervised with the employee right next to her which was odd to me. After the girl returned back to the counter, another man asked for a sample... and since she just took her glove off from getting my wife's sample, she was clearly annoyed that she had to put another glove on to help someone else (it's your job, sorry you can't just stand behind the counter and twiddle your thumbs). As all that is happening, I am putting the last topping on my cup, the Nutella syrup. There was a label on the center of the pump that said "Push center of pump to dispense" or something like that. I did that, nothing was coming out and the pump seemed stuck. I went to push a little harder, and the entire pump came out of the dispenser, into my cup, and my cup tipped over and everything spilled all over the counter. I looked that the employee (I'm obviously embarrassed), apologized, and she just stared at me annoyed. There was no "don't worry about it" or anything. As I am attempting to clean this all up, I was shocked that she just stood there watching me clean it up. I am in the service industry, if a customer has an accident like that YOU CLEAN IT UP, you don't let the customer do this themselves... and you certainly do not WATCH them clean it up. At the very end, she pulled out a paintbrush.. yes a paintbrush to wipe off the 3 Oreo crumbs that were left on the counter. After I cleaned it up, I once again looked right at her and apologized... no response once again, just an annoyed look. As I am paying, and putting my card back in my wallet, like any other normal person I say "thank you, have a great night" and AGAIN no response... just an annoyed look. That is one of my biggest pet peeves in the service industry.... If you do don't acknowledge the customer when they speak to you especially if they are thanking you, it is extremely rude. It also makes you feel like you are a "chore" or a burden and that is exactly how I felt. I do not think the attitude from her was from my accident because she had an attitude as soon as my wife asked for a sample in the beginning. Moral of all this... if you do not like your job, find another job somewhere else. Do not make your customers feel miserable just because you are. You will eventually lose those customers like you have lost us. read more

I love this place !! My mom and I go there as our "treat" and it is always wonderful. We really look forward to it. It was a bit of a learning curve to not overfill the cup but I want everyone to know that I ate every darn bit of it anyway. It is super clean. Everyone is always polite and until I read and saw the reviews I could not understand the mainly unhappy reviews that seem to be about "samples". It would seem to me if you are going to ask for a free sample, you do not necessarily get to dictate the terms of how that free sample comes to you. That being said, the flavors and goodies that can be put on by the staff are wonderful and fresh. Still one of my favorite treats any day. read more

Had a terrible experience here. My daughter dropped her full ice cream on the floor. The Asian cashier saw it. I used a coupon to purchase the ice cream originally, knowing that my 4 year old dropped it by mistake she would not give my the discount when I re-purchased her ice cream. Great frozen yogurt spot thats clean, modern, and most importantly.....tasty. I sampled the original (greek ) which is a little tart compared to your typical vanilla, watermelon, and coconut. My nephew visited me last summer and we did a fro yo summer; checked out at least a dozen different spots and this spot was our number one spot. Excellent variety for both sweet tooth fro yo lovers and the healthy eater. Lots of low fat, and no fat choices. Equipment always works; never any watery product. The toppings look delicious although I am not a topper. And,very important for budget conscious fro yo lovers, they ALWAYS have a groupon or an offer on living social or amazon local...so it works for everyone!!! My friend and I walked into this establishment on Tuesday night around 6:30pm and the manager's customer service was terrible. No one was there to greet us until the manager walks out from the back and barely says hello. I politely asked her if they had sample cups and her response was "what flavor do you want". She then proceeds to put the yogurt in the sample cup for us, which I didn't have an issue with, but we did find that to be kind of odd due to the fact that I've never been to a froyo place that has done this, but it was supposedly store policy. After trying the sample I asked her what time the store closes with the intentions of stopping by the store later on to purchase froyo, and the manager responded with her back turnt towards us "you can look at the door". This obviously caught my friend and I off guard because why would any manager respond to customers like that? We stepped out of the store, but decided that we should've reported the treatment to the manager (not knowing it was her at the time). She then claims that when I asked about the store's hours earlier that she thought I was taking to the friend that I came in with??? No logic there but nonetheless the treatment was rude and no customer deserves to be talked to like that.
