This was my first time trying Yogurtland and I was very impressed. I haven't had ice cream in over a decade but, my little cousin assured me this place had dairy free options. After walking in I saw that the place was very clean and I observed the cashier cleaning up around the toppings area. She was also helpful by answering some of my questions about the dairy free options. I decided to get the Strawberry Mango sherbet which was very refreshing and good. I was surprised by all of the topics because there was so much to choose from! It's not often that I'm in the mood for frozen yogurt. I've only gotten Yogurt from here a small handful of times. The new flavors are definitely interesting. I tried the boba milk tea, Thai tea and the ube yogurt. All of these flavors were not very good. Perhaps next time I come, I will stick to the simple flavors that can't be messed up like vanilla and chocolate. read more

Came for laufeyday to enjoy the day with the laufberry flavor just for one of the workers or mangers, I'm not too sure, just to be rude and for what? :( I understood there wasn't stickers left as I came late but all I wanted was my receipt since at first it showed that it charged my yogurt through my end but it did not show for them that it charged my yogurt and I just wanted my receipt to which I shouldn't need to explain why I need it but it was in case it'd accidentally charge me twice and to just confirm that it went through, only for one of the workers to say "do you need it that bad?" when the worker next to her who was the one who charged me, asked if I wanted my receipt to which I said yes to her but didn't end up getting it as the worker who questioned if I needed it that bad crumbled to what I'm assuming was the receipt that was printed since I was too uncomfortable and put on the spot to confirm that I did want it. It might not be as big as it seems though the entire interaction was uncomfortable ruining the experience of a laufey day for me and my friend :( read more

I am a frequent customer to this location. However, on the visit this week, I ordered plain vanilla with a few scoops of pineapples. After a few hours, I suddenly became sick. I had severe abdominal pains that followed for two days. The only thing I can connect this to will be the yogurt machines may need a deep cleaning of the valves. Usually, the buildup of mold and lack of cleaning the dispensers will make customers sick. read more
