You get a free spoon, not a free spoon of toppings. JUST a spoon. I was curious enough, so I checked in as Hubbers got his treat together. They were giving away one of those big kitchen spoons! Hubbers and I thought it was kinda funny. But then I was told they ran out. (BOOOOOO!!!) They were pretty apologetic about it, but they said they might have it again the next time we come back. Yogurtland never disappoints!!! I have been to several different Yogurtland's over the past year or so and I have not had a bad experience at any if them. This Yogurtland was no exception... It was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The topping choices were good and cleanly organized not messy. And most importantly, the yogurt was delicious!!! The only problem I have at Yogurtland is it's too easy to over fill the cup! So many choices and great toppings to choose from if you're not careful your yogurt treat will cost you ten bucks by the time you put it on the scale. It's so good!! Went to celebrate a friend's birthday so after eating rather spicy, salty, heavier flavoured Korean grilled food, the birthday girl wanted to go to Yogurtland nearby. All the frozen yogurt places seem to have similar set up, Yogurtland has a clean, bright, ubiquitous, pleasant, antiseptic look. Nice young college type student ran the front counter. I got the Chocolate, Madagascar Vanilla, Caramel Coconut. The flavour that stood out was the Caramel Coconut which had tastes of the nutty coconut & slight burnt sugar sweetness of the caramel. It's about 42 cents per oz. which translates to $6.72 per pound. I'm not sure if the probiotic effects are still in the processed yogurt, and that the lactobacillis acidophilus can survive. So there is a question of the beneficial effect of yogurt eaten as a processed frozen dessert. However, Yogurtland was tasty enough although I may like Froyolife's yogurt better, but the drawback is way fewer locations. Good enough 3 Yelp stars. read more

The location is convenient for us and staff is nice. They've had issues the last few times we've been here with several of the yogurt machines not working. I don't like that they now open at 12 noon. We go less now due to change in the time they open. read more

We arrived at 7:10 and there was a girl at the door who was saying the register wasn't working. I didn't believe her simply because they could've just taken cash. And I was looking through the reviews and someone had already pointed out that this is something they do all the time. It's unprofessional and not to mention bad for business. Ladies and gentlemen, it's Yogurtland. Can't go terribly wrong, right? I'm a strong believer in that any and all reviews pertaining to a large chain or franchise are based heavily on the service aspects, not so much on the quality. I mean, the purpose of a chain is so anyone, anywhere can enjoy the same quality food right!? Like how a McDonald's fries will taste the same in LA and NY. Having said this, this location definitely shows early signs of terrible service, and lack of workers who actually care about the customers experience. First, this might not be the fault of the store owner (since Starbucks is adjacent to this place), but someone definitely needs to do something about the fly infestation in front of the store! I'm sure people that have been here can attest to this but they're all up in your face! Lol. So be sure to dodge through the swarm of flies before entering. Next, my reason for the two star rating instead of three. They ran out of most of the good flavored yogurts (at least 3 solid flavors), but the workers were too busy chatting near the cash register and did not seem to care much about what was going on. You know those moments when you try once but you feel like it's a waste of your time for another attempt? Well this was the case, and I stopped trying to get the workers attention and proceeded to the cashier. I've been to other one in Torrance so this one recently opened up located in the shopping center between Starbucks and Chipotle came here to meet up with an old friend to catch up on things. The place was empty when we got here so we got to sample around then got our flavors I forgot the name of the ones I got it was the rocket something like the ice cream red white and blue rocket and double Oreo I think geez I forgot already lol should have taken pics of the sign of the flavors I got but my hands were sticky from sampling lol. Anyways a cool place to have frozen yogurt and sit and chat not too many tables inside either to sit maybe about 5 tables. Also this place does get crowded in spurts. read more

As far as Yogurtland chains go - I am super happy with this location. Probably the biggest reason being that I can actually walk here from my house! Whoo hoo! The only think I DON'T like about this location actually has nothing to do with Yogurtland. There is a drainage system located a few doors down right outside of the Starbucks that smells HORRIBLE! So, if you can, try to park on the North side of the building, away from the stench. I love Yogurtland's delicious flavors, and appreciate that they have seasonal flavors as well. It brings the right amount of variety, while still offering their basic (yummy) flavors as well. Being new, this one is spacious enough and clean. It would be nice if they could have incorporated a few more booth type seating (like HoneyBoba down the street), but I'm not complaining. I love the "fruit water" they offer too. Well, its a place called Yogurtland... so Ill give you 1 wild guess as to what this restaurant serves. If you chose Baked Alaska, your wrong.... please see Tiffany offstage for your outgoing contestants gift basket! Standard, self serve by the ounce yogurt joint squeezed between Starbucks and Chipotle in the Albertson's shopping center. Variety was better than expected and at 38 cents an ounce, comparable to others. Mid way thru my visit, they changed out 4 or 6 flavors adding to the gastronomic delight of patrons after me. They had Taro flavored which I cannot find every where. Its worth a trip back for me. read more

Nothing against the worker, but as we waited over 8 minutes and the workers clearly could not fix the IT problem, and kept doing the same thing over and over again- expecting a different result. At that point I said the yogurt is pretty melted and from a customer service point, they should have just given it to us for free and apologized for the inconvenience they caused. But no, that was not the case. As we left, I could see the girls putting covers on our yogurts - for what? Do they put them in the freezer for themselves to take home later? They were clearly not trained in good customer service and could not care less on return business. I made a mistake of getting a small cup for this. Big fail. What was I thinking. Well, there was few flavors I saw, like coconut, blueberry tart, strawberry, but I stuck with the original tart bcuz this place didn't have matcha green tea. That sucked. Lol. I dealt with it. This Yogurtland is pretty darn good! As soon as I walk in the door I am always greeted. This location is right next to Chipotle in the Albertsons shopping center. When you walk in you see tables and chairs alongside the window and also next to the wall. The flavors are straight ahead, you grab a cup first, and then go yogurt-crazy. I get the vanilla and milkshake flavor first, then I top it off with red velvet. As for the toppings they have everything from cereal toppings to candy and peanut toppings. I always get peanuts, but if I'm feeling like a fatty pants, then ill get the Reese's the chocolate and caramel sauce. I ALWAYS use my yogurtland app when I come here so I get great discounts, and sometimes free yogurt. (yes...im a regular here). It tasted exactly like the Yogurtland in South Redondo that we frequent. My favorite flavors of salted caramel pecan and oreo cookie tasted delicious. They must have been having an off day on my previous visit. I appreciate that the workers behind the counter welcome people walking in. I like that there is plenty of seating, including a lovely outdoor courtyard. I love eating froyo in the sun, so I don't get too cold. They always ask you for the sample cups. I went today 06/04/17 Around 7:30 There was 3 employees. One girl in blue shirt. I didn't interact with her but I asked the other gir in green tshirt for sample cup. She was super nice. Guy in green t-shirt with ponytail was super nice. He seemed very hard working, I saw him taking care of stuff and cleaning the area and making sure everything is good. He greeted every costumer that walked in and asked for sample cups. Lots of flavor options, great layout - no traffic jam when waiting to get a cup or pass up the slow person still trying to figure out which flavor they want, the only down side is the messy fruit and toppings bar. I mean really? You can't keep the blueberries separate from the cookie dough? Anyways, I'd go there again just because it's the closest one to my boyfriends house, hence the 4 stars.
