So oowy gooey delicious . Right at the mall entrance. Fast service. Clean space. Just as good as when I was a kid. They have good specials and do holiday or special order occasion cookies

They nailed it! Such a hit and something different.

The best birthday dessert experience! Started with easy ordering online for 2 birthday cookies (one for myself and they other for my friends son). The preset designs fit our needs perfectly so I went with those. Easy ordering, cookies were ready on time, no problem having someone else pick them up (with a copy of my receipt/order), and they were both hits with all our guests. I am not a big cake person and absolutely love the big cookie idea. I will be ordering from them again and hopefully so will some friends and family after tasting the fresh cookie. :)

    Nats on the cookies

DO NOT BUY COOKIES FROM HERE !!! I came twice in the same week for cookies and noticed nats all over cookies. The first time was close to closing I arrived at 8:20pm all the cookies were put up they close at 9:00pm. I asked the worker if she could make more and she said no because they were closing and it takes 40mins to bake cookies as I'm leaving I noticed nats all over the cookies and I let her know that she would have to make new cookies considering the fact that there's nats on the cookies she then tells me if I'm not buying anything I can leave so I leave. Fast forward to today I go 2hrs before closing and notice nats still on the cookies so I let the workers know and I ask her to make fresh cookies because there's nats she then proceeds to tell me that the ovens are off so I leave once again with no cookies.

Usually my favorite cookies but came here 25 minutes before close.. and they're serving nothing. Should say you close at 8:30 then.

I haven't been here in years. Cookies are still as tasty as they always have been. Though, the selection is barely half of what used to be in the trays. Customer service was on point. I'm not sure a dozen tiny nibblers is worth $4.99. I indulged anyhow.

Got the dozen nibblers 6 cinnamon sugar, 4 chocolate chip and 2 m&m very delicious

Very delicious cookies! My favorites are definitely chocolate chip and cinnamon sugar

This location did a great job on the cookie cake I ordered. My expectations weren't too high because this was the first time I've ever had a cake made here but when they showed me the finished product I was so impressed. Thank you guys so much!

Can't tell you how amazing this design turned out! Great job!

Is it possible to get the $2 off after missing check in?

Hi Mary. Unfortunately the system won't allow it after purchase. I will however give you a one time $4 off on your next 14" or larger cake purchase. Message me when you plan to order again and I will let my employees know.

It's pretty clean and organized. They have simple rules items. My only one-off is that this place is really pricey! Most of all their items are expensive, and usually I end up either leaving or having to only get what I want. I know it's a small mom and pop bakery to probably cover their overhead, but their prices are pretty up there! They should sell them in smaller batches or more affordable options for buyers. Sadly, we even witnessed a guy stealing here one time. He was putting bread under his shirt and left. We told the shop owner but that guy got away when the owner tried to stop him.

I was in Lomita and was looking for a place to grab coffee and pastries. While browsing Yelp, I was…read moresurprised to find out there was a Cream Pan nearby. I've always wanted to try their Orange County location but just never got around to it, so I was excited to finally give them a try. I walked in expecting it to be self-serve like 85 Degrees Bakery, but it's actually set up more like a donut shop or Porto's, where most of the pastries are displayed in a case and you tell the staff what you'd like. They do have a refrigerated self-serve section with sandwiches and onigiri, as well as a table with loaves of bread and buns. The ordering process caught me off guard because I usually like taking my time looking through all the pastries at bakeries. Since everything was behind the counter, I felt a little rushed with people waiting behind me. They have so many options that it can be a bit overwhelming. I also had to stop myself from ordering too much since I'm trying to cut back on carbs. Here's what I ordered: Hot Dog Bun - 4/5: Tasty with a soft, fluffy bun. I just wish it had a little more of that cheesy crust on top. Ham and Cheese Croissant - 3/5: My boyfriend ordered this and thought it was just okay. It was a little small for the price. Strawberry Cream Croissant - 5/5: They're known for this, and now I understand why. The pastry was light and flaky, the strawberries were sweet, and the custard was rich without being overly sweet. Spam Roll Onigiri - 4/5: I loved the egg, and it was really flavorful. It was served a bit cold, though. I think it would taste even better if it were kept under a heat lamp. Raisin Bun - 5/5: So soft and fluffy, with just the right amount of raisins. It was also a great value--six buns for only $4.20. Hot Vanilla Latte - 4/5: Strong with just a light sweetness. It was really good, but I think it could have been a little creamier. The prices were reasonable. I spent about $26 for everything, which I thought was a great deal. Customer service was excellent. Even though there was a line behind me, the staff never made me feel rushed while I decided what I wanted. The barista was especially friendly and even checked in afterward to ask if I liked my latte. If I'm ever back in the area, I would definitely come again.

Parking was easy, and when we walked in, there was only one occupied table. Three employees were chatting in the back. We were greeted, but it felt more like, "What would you like?" than "Welcome in." No smile, no conversation, no thank you--just a transaction. After taking our order, the employee returned to chatting with coworkers. When our order was ready, our name was called, the halo-halo was placed on the counter, and that was the end of the interaction. As for the halo-halo itself, my partner rated it a 2/10. It was overwhelmingly sweet and overpriced for what we received. We were hoping for layers of flavor and nostalgia but got a sugar rush that could probably power a small city. As a business owner myself, I understand that customer service is one of the biggest drivers of customer retention. Great products can bring people in once, but great service brings them back. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark on both. The good news? These issues are fixable. A little more warmth, engagement, and hospitality would go a long way. Until then, we'll continue our search for our next favorite halo-halo spot.

This time (yesterday), however, was not nearly the same experience. First of all, I realized we couldn't book a table for 8 people, so me and my friends book 2 tables for 8.30PM. I called asking if it's possible to put our tables together close or side by side, they said they will try their best. We all showed up at 8.30 and waited until around 9-9.15 because they only had 1 table ready. Ok. Come the time the other table opened and it's not even that close to each other. But it's okay, I respect the limitations on this part. No one came to us to take our order or even give us water until way later, and we got our drinks at 9.45. Another critique is that my friend called and ask how much corkage fee and they said $25. It turned out to be $40. Another disappointment, but it's ok. Not much can be done bout that part. Next thing is the food. We enjoyed the fried green beans. Crudo was really really salty, and it's not only 1 person thought that. We wondered if the kitchen mistakenly salted the fish twice. We enjoyed the peach salad. We ordered a few different pasta and the tagliatelle in particular was disappointing. It really lacked flavor that we had to mix the other pasta dish sauce to it. The pork plate was good, a bit small but we enjoyed it. Now the mussles and frites were disappointing too. The sauce just didn't do it for me (other friends agreed). I always talked really highly about Nonna Mercato (I also enjoyed the brunch so much) and always told people that this is one of my most favorite restaurants in Long Beach, but this one really missed the mark for me and my friends. I don't know if this would make us want to go to Summer Nights again next time. For $130 per person (after tax, tip, and corkage fees), I definitely hoped for a much better experience.
