We were on a full meal run... first Krispy Kreme, then Firehouse Subs, and now Yogurtland. Always delighted to see what yogurt flavors they have. We went for the peach cream (this one actually had a longer name, I just don't remember the entire 3 parts of the name LOL), toasted coconut (always a delight), something expresso (very good), Alphonso mango tart (funny and tart), passion fruit sorbet (excellent), and a few more flavors, but just don't remember. They have tons of toppings to choose from. My go-to topping of vanilla and chocolate yogurt chips... this haven't changed since my high school days LOL. Staff is always friendly. Shop is usually clean and organized. Parking is plenty as it's located at the Walmart shopping center. Price is a tad high... $0.65 per ounce. We ended up with 40+ ounces and our bill came out to be $25+. Could have gotten 2 large Firehouse Subs or 2 dozens of Krispy Kremes at that price LOL. But hey, yogurt is yogurt and we only live once so it's okay to enjoy our yogurt at whatever price. Swing on by and get your yogurt when you're in Hesperia. Happy Yogurting! read more

Literally love Yogurtland. But this particular location is my least favorite. Their toppings were all sad looking. I've never seen a location have fruit this expired looking before. The lady watching the place wasn't even attentive. I had to stand at the counter for a cool minute to just get a couple sample cups. Safe to safe won't come back again... to this location at least. read more

Place was clean and all the toppings were full and not cross contaminated with each other. Girls working were nice. Got my favorite, plain tart and tried the mango tart which was super good. Haven't been to one of these in years, definitely expensive. $13 for a medium I think, wasn't the big one. Super good though as usual. read more

We went into Yogurtland at 9:35/40 pm on April 4th, 2023. The two girls that worked there rushed us to get out of there as soon as we sat down to eat our yogurts. We were already aware what time they closed but they continued to make hints to get us out of there as they propped open the door at 9:50 so the cold air can hit us and not only that, the girl in the front, who was wearing a blue shirt, shorter than the girl in all black, told us "Just to let you guys know we close in 3 minutes." She made us feel very awkward and we knew we weren't going to be there past the closing time as I used to work at that specific location when it first opened up. I remember when I worked there, the franchise owner G, constantly told us that we don't close until 30 minutes after closing time to allow guests to finish their desserts. If Gaurav Chopra is still the owner, please do better with your new employees. I would have never made comments like that to guests if I still worked there. I work in the restaurant business and I still don't rush guest out when we closed. So disappointed. read more

Today, I went inside this Yougurtland to purchase 6 gift cards for $5 each to hand out to homeless people along with McDonalds gift cards. When I entered the store, the girl behind the counter who said her name was Destiny and who also was the store manager said that she could not give me 6 giftcards that totaled $30 since I was paying with my debit card. She said that I could only purchase $25 worth of giftcards and I could pay the remaining $5 in cash. I explained to her that I did not have cash on me, when she suggested i use a wells fargo atm at the corner of the complex to pull out cash. I replied that, that particular atm would charge me an almost $5 fee to just withdraw money. Was it possible if I could pay on 2 seperate debit cards. She said no, she opened up a drawer behind the counter and said it says right here our policy says we cant do that. I said I have bought over $25 yougurtland before for my family and extended family. Could I have my daughter then pay for the remaining $5 with a different debit card, she then again said no. Sorry. When I asked to speak to the Store Manager, she said she was the store manager. (Destiny) When I questioned why there was nothing posted about this policy she just gave me a blank look. I then asked to just purchase $25 worth of gift cards and I'll go to another store to get the remaining $5. She said she could not help me that this was fraud. As I walked out the door, she started yelling that the apple valley location was closed. I dont know who the franchise/store owner is, but this is not how you should run your store or have people like this managing it. Very poor customer service, and you better believe I have told all my friends and family about this location. My business will go to Menchies for sure when I am up in the High Desert visiting family. Oh, and I went to another Yogurtland and was able to purchase 6 gift cards for $5 each just fine on my debit card with out any trouble or harassment!! read more

Prices went up!! Flavors went down in quality. I paid $5.34 for 9oz in a cup with no extras. They also no longer serve shakes. And the after taste of the yogurt was so bad we threw it away and I NEVER their out food I pay for! My kids says it tasted like glue! Very chemically.yuck! Won't go back! I went into Yogurtland for the first time. It's a self service place. You get your cup, choose your ice cream or yogurt. add toppings, weigh the cup and pay. They have a selection of ice cream and you can mix the flavors. They also provide u with tiny cups to taste the flavors before you buy. It wasnt packed so the longest part of the process was making up my mind on which flavors and toppings to get. I tried the vanilla, caramel, plain tart and cookies & cream. But I decided to go with the the dragon passion tart and vanilla. I also added strawberries on top. The price was reasonable and the ice cream/ yogurt was delicious. I think my eyes were bigger than my stomach because I couldn't eat it all. I hope it holds its flavor in the freezer. read more

They have TARO FROYO! taste just like the taro boba I use to buy. Yum yum yum yum in my tum tum! It's so bright and relaxing in here and the staff is super informative and nice. And it's near shopping and other food places which is a plus when you want desert. There's a wide variety to suit your froyo needs lol read more

It was a hot day in the high desert and so a friend and I decided to go seek out some relief through eating some ice cream. The high desert is sorely lacking in the way of artisanal ice cream choices and so we were limited in our selection and since Yogurtland never really disappoints we headed over here. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly welcoming us and explaining the new flavors. She kept this up with every new patron that walked in. You don't see that very often. They had a few new ones like the Marion Berry and some others I forget but they always have different flavors which is good. The only thing is the price has really gone up. I asked how much it was per ounce since my order came to over $6.00 and change when I remember when it was between $3-$4 in the past. She said it's now $0.49 per ounce, yikes! I remember a few years ago when it was $0.32 an ounce. No worries, that won't stop me from coming back again as I always enjoy their froyo and so will always come back out of convenience and familiarity. read more

I love coming here, the yogurt is so good and the customer service is even better. It's always so clean when I go. All the ladies here are so nice. In particular Ampelia and Rosa. Walked in and walked right out tonight. Interesting how there's safety notices and a sign to comply with rules but the employees aren't following anything. Several people in the shop touching all the yogurt handles, touching all the toppings spoons while the two workers hung out in the back. In this case remove your safety signs so people are aware the shop is not following health guidelines. read more

Great place! Nice, clean & pleasant staff. Fully stocked with choices of frozen yogurt & toppings, but price can get high if your not careful. Yogurtland does have a special club program that is worth signing up for, which comes in handy with teens. So I usually go to Menchies but my boyfriend got a free 3 oz yogurt. Well I didn't really know what to do because they don't have 3 oz size cups so I asked the employee what I do and she told me everything. Well I go look at the yogurts and try their flavors because they are unique, well when I pulled the lever this cream colored liquid came out all over my hand. Well that's the start to this horrible experience. Well I was done and that same girl who told me everything about the free 3 oz rang us up. Well within that 4 minute time period she totally forgot about our birthday coupon. She didn't ask to see it because we showed her in the beginning so I thought everything was gonna be okay. Well no she took our card and my boyfriend was like that's not a bad price. Well I thought different and asked if she took of the birthday discount and she said ohh no I didn't... I got so mad, I asked her why she didn't do it and she said I didn't do it because you already paid for it... I was mad and said okay well I don't want this anymore can you cancel it and give me my money back. Well she was making up excuses why she can't do that. When I asked for the manager she said she's not here right now but you can call later. No I don't want to call later. She's a horrible employee. To bad I didn't get her name I would post it on here.
