We went in to redeem our daughter's perfect attendance award for school. Something she was very proud and excited for, and Sarah refused to redeem the award and told us to reach out to Josh. Josh did not answer but instead texted us that we could not redeem it. I guess they just expected us to spend our money there anyways since we were there (which we were originally going to apart from her award), but no thank you now.
