Love their items, their service is sloooow. Never go inside or do a mobile order if you're in a hurry, only the drive thru. Not once has my mobile order been ready when I tried it and I've been told by one of the girls that they don't start the order until you get there. Then why bother ordering ahead? I enjoy Six Beans anywhere in the High Desert. I enjoy it enough that I will be cashing in on my reward points, too. But let me tell you why I enjoy this location: convenience. It is on the way to the backstreets to take me to the 15 freeway, it is near my work (Six Bean before and/or after work? Yes, sir!), and it is located near a gas station. But, I also commend customer service. They always ask for my phone number, but also, they remember how often I go to say, "You have a phone number here, right?" Now, whether they ask because they actually remember my face is debatable, but I do feel appreciated when asked. For people new to Six Beans, they should know that drinks are made as they are ordered, but also, it depends on the complexity of your order. Just the other morning, 4 cars, including mine, were asked to park, and the drinks would be brought to us. The drinks came out in the order of cars that were lined. So there is no "fast food" beverage service here. There's not even an electronic ordering screen. You literally pull up to this location (and any of the other locations) and order. Optionally, you can enter this location (which is beautifully set up inside with cozy chairs) or step up to the window, but don't expect fast, but expect good! Why do I prefer Six Beans: Horchata Espresso. It's like the workers already KNOW me, but they make no assumptions, and I appreciate that. The Horchata Espresso is the only coffee beverage I can order anywhere without it spiking my blood sugar. It gives me what I need in the caffeine and supports the blood sugar while treating me with some flavor. The horchata is a milk alternative, cinnamon in coffee is always a healthy option, and the temperature is always right! read more

Love their coffee!! When I'm in town, I'm always so excited to start my day with Six Beans Coffee. I'm a PNW girly so I'm a coffee snob lol. The macadamia nut one is my go to every time. They have so many breakfast sandwiches to choose from, this is the perfect place to stop if you're on the go. I love the Avocado bagel and the chunky monkey with Nutella is a great sweet treat. This place is amazing beyond good especially if you're looking for a little treat. I have had four different frappe's and honestly they have all been excellent. I still have more to try but at this point I don't think I will ever be disappointed. I just wish I had some of these down by where I live whenever I'm up here in the area It's a must stop for me. We came through drive Thur and the outside area was clean. We got the nutty Hawaiian iced, white chocolate mocha and pizza bagel. All of those items were beyond my expectations. My favorite was the nutty Hawaiian for sure. The pizza bagel was delicious and I was soo happy it came with two. I do like the space, the atmosphere, and food/drinks. However, I will say that the last few times I have gone there has been a difference in pricing that is kind of bothering me. One person will charge me around $3 for a double shot of espresso, while another will charge me for a latte and say that it is $5.80 (or near that) when I am not ordering a latte, I am ordering a double shot of espresso. I was then told that I am being charged for the cup. As a business owner myself, I think that it's pretty bewildering to charge $5.80 for something that I am not ordering. I'm wondering if this can possibly be corrected or updated bc no cafe's are charging that amount for a double shot of espresso in the area. I also travel to and from Orange County and no shops, mom or pop or corporate companies such as, Starbucks, are charging that amount for liquid that doesn't even fill half of the cup. read more

... I truly have no words for how horrible their matcha is idk what it is with places in the high desert not being able to make matcha, but it truly needs to be corrected! First, this matcha either comes pre sweetened or their baristas have a heavy hand cuz this is the sweetest matcha I've ever had in my life. Idk if they used heavy cream or something, but it's disgustingly thick. I am one of those who frequent Starbucks but hate myself for doing so because I really want to support the smaller, local shops. Finally I found a smaller place that has decent coffee and even makes a comparable "Frappe". So, why 3 stars you ask?? I haven't found a favorite drink yet. There really isn't a lot of variety or ability to mix and match to find what you like.. but the worst part is the drive through... they don't have a speaker, so you order at the window and then you wait at the window for them to make your order. Due to the short length of the drive through they can only do this with two cars at a time. I would say that using the drive through is an average 25 min wait from start to end. That's a lot for a drive through. Possible solutions would be to install a speaker, have someone standing by the drive through taking orders in advance before cars get to the window, or even create a parking location for cars to pull into so that they can take more than 2 orders at a time. read more

The customer service isn't great at ALL. I mean if you mobile order should you need to sit in the drive thru over 20min? I called and asked if I can get it at the door and got "our lobby is closed you have to go through drive thru." I'm not asking to go in the lobby. Got the club sandwich and an horchata coffee. I for one am not one for coffee not my thing, BUT THIS WAS YUMMY. Would 100% recommend coming here the coffee tastes real starbucks could never. Apart from that me and my friends came to study here for a few hours, the ambiance was phenomenal, its very homey and comfortable, many chairs and tables. ON TOP OF ALL THAT, the staff here is amazing theyre very sweet and accommodating but not the slightest unprofessional (Im sorry i was too shy to ask for your name but the blonde cashier made my day). Not only did she make me a yummy sandwich and coffee she also got me a bandaid life saver! On our drive back to Vegas, we decided to stop by a local coffee shop (which we enjoy doing when we travel to new places). Six Beans Coffee did not disappoint! We ordered a couple chocolate muffins and not so hot cocoas for our littles and boy did they love it!! The hot cocoas came in a cute little cup which automatically drew them in. Our coffee's were just what we needed! Taste was great! The drive thru line was pretty lengthy but the service was great! They came out and took our orders so we didn't have to wait too long at the window. Would definitely recommend to go off the freeway and try something new on your drive! read more

Super excited for this place to open. We live in LA and this place has been added to our to do list when in Hesperia. Always a joy to stop by this coffee shop. 99 percent of the time I go to this coffee shop I get an attitude from the employees. It's completely unnecessary and unacceptable at this point. I was nicely greeted and when I let the staff know I had never been to a Six Beans they happily answered my questions. I got a blended Double Chocolate Chip and it was really good and you could taste the coffee which is nice as sometimes blended drinks lose that along the way. Only been here once so far but I got the cinnamon bun frapé and it was amazing. Not too sweet and not too overwhelming. I also got a mango smoothie for my mom and she really liked it. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Also have to try the sandwiches, they all sound good. Update. Tried the sandwiches. They are made with bagels. I got a turkey pesto sandwich.
