Me and a friend went in to this yogurt land for National Yogurt day because on their social medias (TikTok, Instagram, etc...) they were promoting buy one get one free yogurts for the day. Everything was fine and the store was clean and organized. I was excited till I got to the register. The manager told me we had to have a number to be able to get the free yogurt. I explained to her that, that was not made clear on any social media posts, or on the sign at the register. She sat and argued with me and then decided to give me a manager discount which was $7.50 off the yogurt which was very kind, however it was not the deal yogurt land was promoting. I thanked her, and she proceeded to throw my receipt at me. I told her "thank you for putting the receipt in my hand that was very kind." She sarcastically said "you're welcome," and walked away. I'm not one to complain about service but this worker, actually the MANAGER, was completely rude. As a manager you never act like that. I'd hate to see how she reacts to costumers that are actually rude to her. Me and my friend went to my car and she was looking on yogurtland's Instagram. Someone commented asking if you needed your number for the free yogurt. The official Yogurtland Instagram said, "you do not need your phone number to get the free yogurt, only of you want your extra points." My friend went back in and showed the manager and asked for a refund , which she did give. I respect her ability to both give us a discount and a refund, but acting purpose rude and unprofessional is not okay behavior, especially for a manager. Yogurt land you should look into the behavior of your manager Leslie Cervantes at the Westlake location in Thousand Oaks. A new manager might be beneficial. read more

This store needs to figure out their inventory problem. Every time we order through DoorDash we ALWAYS get a call from them stating "we don't have that". Just now we had placed an order for three different flavors. We get a call to which they say "we don't have any of the flavors you have chosen". Seriously? Ridiculous! Get it together. It's not that hard to take inventory or match your flavors to DoorDash's menu. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE We drove all the way from Oxnard because there really isn't any yogurt places in Oxnard and it was the one thing my cousins wanted before moving away tomorrow and we were 4 minutes away and called to ask what time they close and they told us 11 and it was 10:40 and they told us we had time and we got there and they told us they were closed and all they were doing was standing there. Definitely need to do better especially when we were a group of 14 they definitely turned down lots of money all because they wanted to go home by 11. A nice, ample amount of toppings to choose from, candy and syrups - get it weighed and at a fair price (11 oz for $4.50-ish). The texture is creamy, and it blows doors on the other local frozen yogurt place, Yozen Frogurt. If you are a regular yogurt goer and spread your yogurt love all over town (and the nation for that matter, as do I), you've seen and tasted all the regular flavors: tart, vanilla, strawberry, mango, etc) -- but some of the really unique ones served are: PB&J, lemon/blackberry/mint, toasted coconut - yay! They don't skimp on staffing, so that helps when someone spills or oozes over with the machines, it's very clean ("Hey Mom, I didn't do it"). Yum mmmmm! Some days I have such a sweet tooth and yogurt land is exactly what I crave. This yogurt land is super good because they are always coming out with new flavors and an assortment of toppings. Also, the employees who work here are extremely friendly. One of the employees offered me fresh water and I always get a greeting when I walk in. They are super efficient employees and the lines go by really fast. The atmosphere is always so fresh and invigorating. There is also a ton of parking spots available, located in a little shopping mall across from the freeway and the promenade. I'd definitely suggest coming and getting a yogurt. The vanilla is my go to with mochi and tons of fruit! But they're all really good and they'll give you samples to try which flavor you like the most. read more

Oh yogurtland, let me count the ways i love thee. 1. love the fact that they have so many different yogurt flavors 2. love the fact that they have so many toppings including cheesecake and brownie. 3. love the fact that its self serve..no strange looks and judgement if i want green apple tart with brownies & ghiradelli white chocolate sauce or if i want toppings on the bottom for proper yogurt to topping ratio throughout (is watermelon pinkberry and caramel praline sauce and oreo on the bottom weird?...i think not) 4. love the fact that its only 30 cents an ounce and with years of experience through trial & error of paying by weight at froyo bars and whole food hot/cold bars, it definitely paid off as i can walk out with a well made yogurt for less than three dollars. as an ex-employee of the place that judges me for my watermelon/praline/oreo concoctions, yogurtland has won my heart read more

Each time my friend and I have gone to this location, there seems to be overflowing trash bins out front, which makes arrival very unappealing. We wanted to try some of the new summer flavors but every time we go here, there seems to be less than a handful of working machines or limited flavors available. I remember getting a cookies and cream flavor and it literally looked like soup coming out of the machine. Tables were sticky and not clean. Trash was left sitting on the table by other customers. The Simi location is slightly better. A lot more flavor options. read more

The past 3 times we have been here they have been out of hot fudge. I bring my parents here and grandpa has been disappointed. We sat out front at the tables and an employee and 2 girls were sitting at the table next to us. I know it's a public place, but I couldn't hear my own conservation over their loud talking, inappropriate conservation, and swearing. Who doesn't like frozen yogurt? Theres really no bad frozen yogurt. But we are so lucky that the closest yogurt place to our home happens to be my favorite yogurt place. Yogurtland has an ever-changing variety of flavors (tonight I'm having the "salted chocolate souffle " flavor, which is as delicious as it sounds- AND Vegan! The counter staff, a charming and cheerful Cameron and a patient and helpful Armando, were keeping the counters clean & the line moving. Two families and a few teens were also enjoying the upbeat music and absolutely delicious yogurt. We come here all the time and generally like it. I'm updating my review and removing a star because the past 2 times I've been here on a weekday afternoon, the store has been filthy. The machines haven't been wiped down, drip trays are not clean, there are mounds of yogurt on the drip trays, the toppings stations are a mess, and the sauce station is gooey with drip trays full of chocolate. I don't know if they're understaffed, if the staff is lazy, or what, but when you have a self-serve store, it's absolutely imperative that the place is CLEAN. read more

I've been to this Yogurtland so many times in the past, and I just had to give them a review. Once entering inside, one of the employees working the cash register greeted me while handing me some sample cups. After seeing their great variety of flavors and trying a few samples, I filled my cup up with some of my favorite frozen yogurt flavors (such as: Strawberry, New York Cheesecake, Coconut, and Vanilla). Now onto the toppings. They have so many toppings to choose from. Anywhere from fresh fruit, to candy, several types of sprinkles, 5 different types of sauces to choose from, and whipped cream, there's a topping for everyone to enjoy. The employees are very nice and friendly. In my opinion, they charge a fair price per ounce versus other frozen yogurt places. Great location, open until 11:00 on Friday and Saturday nights (10:00 From Sunday-Thursday), which is great for any late time Fro-Yo addicts or anyone with a late night craving for their sweet tooth. My children eventually had to go wash your hands and use the restroom we walk into the bathroom and it smells like complete marijuana because the employee decided he would get completely loaded before starting his shift which is very unacceptable disgusting behavior it's a kid friendly place why on earth with somebody even think it's OK to do that beyond me.
