We were lucky to step into the store when they weren't busy, so I had time to study the menu without feeling rushed. Dear Hubby suggested that we split a large, once he realized that he was okay with the flavor combo I chose. The associate heard that and offered to split a large into two smaller cups. Perfect! I visited the Moorpark Jamba Juice store today, and unfortunately, my experience was beyond terrible . I encountered a situation that required assistance, but instead of receiving help, I was met with sarcasm from the manager Briana. It was disheartening to see the manager laughing with another customer at my expense rather than addressing my concerns professionally. As a loyal customer who enjoys Jamba Juice, I expected a level of respect and care, especially in a situation that could have been easily resolved. Instead, the manager's dismissive attitude made me feel belittled and disrespected. It's disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and empathy in a place I frequently visit. I don't think Briana has any training as a manager. I am still shocked by her approach, lack of care, arrogance, dismissive attitude and sarcasm towards to a frequent client who was just trying to use a fundraiser gift card. I hope this feedback encourages the management to reflect on their approach to customer interactions. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, and a little kindness goes a long way. I love a good cold smoothy, with my allergies I have to be super careful when consuming anything. That being said I can come here and get a great drink and have never had to worry about my allergies. They are on top of the allergies and they make sure that there is no cross-contamination. We have gone here after many surgeries as a great way to start healing. read more

I am so disappointed in my recent experiences here, the place has rapidly gone down hill in the last year. Basically, don't even bother ordering from this location unless you go in physically to order in person. I have done 5 orders for delivery in my household and every single one has been wrong. One was something simple like not having straws included in the order, but the rest had incorrect drinks. I ordered a matcha green tea with cloud whip, standard sweetness and standard ice. I got a green tea with no sweetener, no cloud whip and NO ICE. It was inedible. The last 3 drinks I've tried have been horrible to the point where I have poured them out and not felt well after drinking what little amount I did. I finally had to put my foot down and tell the kids that I love them, but not enough to keep wasting money at this location for incorrect drinks and a sour tummy. read more

GARDEN MEDLEY: its one of their new juices. Only came in because of the new juice offered. No added calories or processed. No added powders, no added sugar, no added anything...just natural, whole juice- like nature intended. Healthy, great flavor. Glad its not just a smoothie or shake kinda place anymore (those have too many hidden calories and "stuff"), now they have real juices. Great if you're starting to juice or on a juicing fast. I used to find Jamba Juice ridiculous. I remember when it was the new craze to go grab a smoothie after high school. I just couldn't understand how someone could consume the one size smoothie, and I refused to buy one. I couldn't abide by the idea of wasting all that fruit if I wasn't near a fridge to store the left overs! Anyway, since then, they've added the 16oz size, which is more manageable. I've always enjoyed the "strawberries wild", and never really get anything else. And since I've strangely become fond of the taste of Whey protein (not to mention aware of the benefits if you're working out), I usually get the free shot added. They were super fast at this location, and friendly. I have no idea where else to get a smoothie in Moorpark, but Jamba has always been on the cheaper side of the smoothie world. I just want to leave this review here in hopes of beating this snarky woman to the chase that I had the displeasure of encountering at this store today. First off, this woman was wearing some tacky leopard dress. I think we all know that means trouble. Well apparently this woman "orders the same thing ALL the time" and was completely taken aback by the idea that this person she was currently dealing with behind the register had no fucking idea what she was talking about when stating that all she wanted was strawberries, whey protein and ice. Like, the hell do you want her to do with that? Toss it in a cup as is and send you on your way? If you have never encountered this young lady before, which I'm assuming you haven't because you had the nerve to ask her how long she'd been working there, then what the hell do you expect? When you decide to degrade a worker in their place of business for trying to do their job as best as they could even if they don't understand what the shit it is you want, then don't expect to leave people with the though that you're some dignified queen. Super friendly staff! You know what you're getting when you go into a Jamba Juice. The smoothies are consistently delicious. My favorite is the Caribbean Passion with pineapple sherbet instead of orange sherbet. I took my daughter in after school for a drink and Tana was working the counter. The person in front of us has skmw food alergies and asked a ton of questions. Tana was patient and informative. She knew the menu well and gave lots of options and even offered up customer order options. Tana kept a smile on her face and was very attentive. This one star review isn't for the smoothies, which we about the same as at other locations. It's for the poor customer service and bad attitude of the employees, particularly the manager. Went to get an acai bowl this morning, which I've gotten a dozen times before from other jambas. It was messy and not appealing looking, and had noticeably less granola and banana. When I got to my car and noticed that, I ran back in and politely asked if they could put a little more granola on. Before I was done talking the manager was shaking her head. Didn't let me finish. Then rudely said "no, we can't. Extra granola is $.50" Thats a pretty poor way to handle a pretty simple situation. read more

The girl working there said she couldn't tell if the bill was fake or not and said she wouldn't accept it because she would get fired if she did.
