Rather than trying to help me identify the correct menu item, he went ahead and made a vanilla mocha milkshake. When I mentioned that the drink did not match what I had requested, a female employee stepped in and successfully helped figure out the correct drink. My family & I come here all the time. The service is always good & I have never had any complaints but the last 2 times we have been extremely disappointed with the size of the scoops. The first time, which was a couple of weeks ago, I thought the employee may be new but it happened again yesterday. My husband asked for a 3 scoop Sundae but when we got home we noticed it was only 2. 2 kid size scoops. It's not worth paying almost $8. I hate to say it but I can buy Baskin Robbins at the market & buy some chocolate sauce for the same price or less but get way more ice cream! It's too bad, I would rather support our local store. We had a really good experience last night at BR. I didn't catch the names of the two younger men working behind the counter, but they did an amazing job. Friday night, after a warm summer day - lots of people were in the mood, like I was, for a cool treat. With only two working behind the counter, it could have taken a while to be served, and there was a small wait. Overall, though, they kept it moving, and were obviously hustling. Not only that, they made sure to greet guests as they came in, and said good-bye and thanks when they left. There was an aerobic workout going on back there, as the guys never stopped moving. Despite being in the middle of a busy night, the store looked clean, which is no small feat with melting ice cream involved! Lots of families came cycling through, with kids excited for their ice cream fix. One of the joys of summer! While it may not be "gourmet" ice cream, I am partial to their Watermelon Ice, now renamed Watermelon Splash. With 31 flavor choices, there surely must be one you'd like. The five stars are for a combo of the reliability of this company, plus the two stellar employees who were doing a great job during our visit. Summer night food craving tamed! read more

We go here all the time and havnt ever had a bad customer service experience until tonight. So bad its worth telling them about. My husband and I were 3rd in line and the three girls behind counter were each helping people. By the time we were up, a young blond girl stood just looking at us. We looked at her then looked at each other and back at her. She just kept awkwardly looking at us, was so strange. She finally asked if we were ready as if we were bothering her. We said yes. She took my order and started to ring me up as if my husband was invisible. He said his order and she stopped the register and began his order. He is diabetic and I clearly heard him ask for the no sugar added flavors. We were so annoyed by her rudeness we didnt notice that she wasnt paying attention when he ordered that she gave him regular flavors instead of the sugar free. He hope the manager sees this for staff training purposes. read more

So many new and interesting flavors and of course the good old fashion originals I grew up eating as a kid. I ended up getting a waffle cone with one scoop of Gold Medal Ribbon. Perfect size. The bf got a brownie hot fudge sundae. Note the brownie is super chocolate, but really good. But here's the thing, I'm only giving three stars for the simple fact that the guy working the counter seemed like this was the worst job ever. He had no facial expressions, he looked super bored, and he wasn't friendly. Like c'mon who isn't happy to work in an ice cream shop ??! I'll update review if I get better customer service. My husband went to this store to bring me home a pint of Chocolate Fudge today. What he brought home was a 3/4 full quart, which he paid for a full quart. My husband had to try to tell the employee how to scoop ice cream without injury. Still this young man was not successful. This quart was not weighed. No customer service was received. Other stores in town do not have this flavor. My quart weighed 1 pound, I ounces. Far lighter than I have ever received. Worst service ever. read more

This is a nice Baskin-Robbins location. We come here a lot when we are looking for a sweet treat! The store is kept clean and the service is super friendly. The teens that work behind the counter are always friendly and helpful. They always make us feel welcome in their store. There are plenty of flavors to choose from. They are usually well stocked and only on the busiest of days are they out of any one flavor. I always want to try different flavors but I think the best one is the Peanut Butter and Chocolate. I like that they have sundaes, shakes, and also offer soft serve ice cream. There is something for everyone! Their cakes are great and I have always had great luck with ordering them at this store. They are always ready on time and done to my specifications. I noticed that they are now offering online cake ordering which is a nice convenience! This store does get busy at times, but be patient, the servers do help everyone in a timely manner. We have never had to wait too long to get our ice cream. The parking lot gets crowded during the day due to the other businesses that share the lot. If you go in the evening hours, there is plenty of parking. I was in there on Nov. 29th. I went to get a banana spilt and I was very disappointed. I usually come here to get a banana split but they gave me a spoiled banana. More than half of it was black. On top of me not being happy about it I get all the way home to find a worm in one of the half's of the banana. I would recommend B&R but check your order before you leave. read more

A great place to take your family on a date! Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and tasty time for everyone. I worked at a Baskin Robins as a teenager and created a "top secret" milkshake formula over 30 years ago. My server Jenna liked the formula so much that I insisted she pour the "over flow" into a cup and try it. She told me, repeatedly, that she couldn't. I was very disappointed that she was forced to waste the excess milkshake and could not even try the delicious beverage. After multiple refusals Jenna confessed that she would make own milkshake later that night, which in my world is the ultimate compliment. Jenna and her coworkers are a fun and vivacious crew.
