**Edited** I did not place the order through a 3rd party website, I placed it directly through Nothing Bundt Cakes website. I assumed since the order was placed on the official store webpage they would perform the delivery*"" So disappointed, I live out of state and ordered the graduation cakes for my nephew's birthday to be delivered. I accidentally put in the wrong address, by 1 number and didn't realize until I called the family to see how they were. When I called the store, I was helped by a lovely young lady (super nice and apologetic ) who took the correct address and reached out to her manager. The manger said that since I put in the wrong address, my only choice was to reorder at full cost. Now, mind you I put in a contact phone number and my email in case there were any issues and was never contacted about the address issue. I fully expected that I would have to wait until tomorrow for delivery and possibly pay the delivery fee again. I was not expecting to be told that I was out of $60 dollars because they use Uber to deliver and are not responsible for ensuring delivery. I don't feel that it was unreasonable to have expected to be contacted if there was an issue. Be aware if you order delivery from here, once it leaves the store you might be out of luck, cake , and money. read more

This place is located in a small plaza. The cake is good, but a little bit more pricey. However, it's great for bringing to a party to use as a birthday cake. Was next door at a Yelp Event and while leaving I could smell this wonderful berry -vanilla baking so as all good yelpers do we follow our noses ! What amazing bundt cakes . I ordered the 4" red velvet and the carrot cakes . They use a cream cheese /buttercream frosting and fill the center with the frosting ! Double yummy so you can scoop a bit of frosting in every bite . The red velvet had actual chips in it and was a fluffier lighter cake . The carrot cake is nicely spiced like a pumpkin bread but didn't have the cream cheese center? It did have tiny shreds of carrot. it was pretty dense . A few months ago I placed an online order for a basic, non customized medium sized Bundt. It is something they sell from their display cases at all times. Basically, I was prepaying for something I'd be able to walk in and ask for. Within two hours of the order, I called to cancel due to a change of plans. I was met with the rudest "manager" who refused to make a refund even though she very well could and likely would sell the products that I purchased. It wasn't made to order and within the timeframe, I know there's no way she made my order from scratch. This non cancellation policy isn't listed at checkout on the website and should not be allowed to be enforced because of that. I understand cancellation policies for custom products or even large orders, but this was neither of those things. It was literally a medium chocolate Bundt cake and a small strawberry one- things they keep at all times in their display case. They must be struggling SO bad that they'd rather provide bad customer service on an unlisted policy than to lose a $20 order. Unrelated to the service, I did notice that the Bundt cake tasted a little sour (not the cream cheese frosting, the actual cake). Because of the poor interaction, I wonder if they purposely gave me a bad cake. We ended up throwing out most of it. Will never go back to this establishment again. read more

This review is a bit overdue from my visit 3 weeks ago. It was a Sunday afternoon, and I had such a pleasant experience at this location. Both the staff at the register and the one who brought out the decorated cupcakes were wonderful. I hadn't been a big fan of Nothing Bundt Cakes before because I always found their icing too sweet, but it was different with these mini cupcakes. They're still sweet, but the flavor blends nicely with the sponge cake. I'll definitely be coming back for future parties. read more

The cream cheese frosting is rich and creamy. The cream cheese frosting works well with every flavor. My personal favorites (which is a hard decision) are the pumpkin spice, which is a fall seasonal flavor, the chocolate chocolate chip, the white chocolate raspberry, and the confetti. There are different size options from single serve cupcakes, medium sized, and then large multiple serving cakes. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors or sizes.
