This place sucks. I gave a 18 percent tip. And the cashier forced me to give more because I broke a 20. This is illegal you can not force someone to do this. I gave them extra because I was forced to. I had a full body massage and told the girl to do it less hard and not to do my back the whole time. She did not understand English. Now my back hurts. Please do yourself a favor and don't come here. You will feel uncomfortable and not relaxed because they pressure you. Plus they don't put the heat on. If you value honesty and punctuality, don't waste your time going to this place. First, they weren't open at the posted opening time. Then, after waiting a few minutes a man opens the door and asks me if I'm in the 9am appointment, to which I said no. He said the masseuses usually arrive at 9:30 unless they have customers. I said I am a customer. He said he meant customer's with appointments, to which I answered if I had known, I would have made an appointment. He calls someone, then tells me someone will be there in 5 minutes. I agree to wait 5 minutes, at about 9:07. Then a woman walks in, which turned out to be the 9am appointment he had asked about. So it actually turned out that the masseuses should have been there at 9 for her appointment, but were still late. By 9:15 there was still no masseuses and had to leave because I would have needed to be done by 10:15 to make it to work by 10:30. They should be honest to customers about their timeframes instead of first saying "they're not here because nobody had an appointment" when they actually did, then make customers wait for masseuses that don't show up when they say they will. What a waste of time and gas. read more

I have been coming here for years. My one star rating applies to today's service 2/2/22. I walked in today requesting my usual 90 min treatment. I get assigned a masseuse named Jason who has worked on me several times. During the first 5 minutes of my massage I could hear a woman who had just walked into the business asking if Jason was here today. Immediately after that my massage was interrupted because some woman employee walked in and said Jason is being pulled from me because he has an appointment. Then someone named Peter was sent in to replace Jason. Not once did the female say she had an appointment with Jason. She just said she likes Jason. I found that to be very unprofessional. If Jason did in fact have a pre scheduled appointment with someone else then why would the business assign him as my masseuse. They were lying about the whole appointment. So I got dressed and said that I was leaving and didn't appreciate what had just happened. That fell on deaf ears because they can barely speak and understand English there.. Then the owner walked in and tried to figure out what was happening so I tried explaining to her as well but AGAIN the language barrier. I wish the English speaking gentleman was there so I could explain to him what had just happened. I tip VERY WELL when I receive good treatment there and they know that. As a LONG TIME customer I felt VERY DISRESPECTED today. I will not be returning to this business anymore. Today's service on 2/2/22 was CRAP! read more

Wonderful service. I was here with my friend yesterday, we both had one hour of body massage. This place has very good technicians, the owner Michelle is super friendly, she repeatedly mentioned to her employee to focus on my shoulders since I told her about my sour shoulders. It was a great relaxation session for me. I was also offered a hot tea, which was great after the massage session. Wow! I just had the best Thai massage by Megan here! She applied perfect pressure, was so professional and asked if the pressure was ok throughout. The spa is operated by a lovely woman and is obviously well maintained. The price for a FULL hour massage is $25! Be aware that this is advertised as a foot massage but is really a full body massage! They lay you down on a comfy bed type cushion then cover you with a sheet. They begin by massaging your scalp, neck and face. They then move to your arms then do an in depth foot massage. You flip then they work on your back and back of legs. Incredible!! Request Megan if you can! Also although 20% of $25 is 5 bucks I tip $10 as it's exceptionally priced and the amount of work this lovely staff puts into each massage is incredible! I had the Tuina massage at "Foot & Body Spa" in Upland, CA, with Yoyo, the best massage I've ever had in my life. I needed it, and it was worth every penny. Tuina is a Chinese traditional massage, I decided to try for the first time. Yoyo was an awesome massage therapist, friendly and professional. She knew exactly what to do. She worked every muscle in my body, I thought I would come out feeling pain but it was invigorating. I paid for the 1hr and a 1/2 massage, totally worth it. I want to come back every month for this massage with Yoyo if I can, that's how good it was. Make sure you hydrate afterwards. At the spa there are a series of different massages, but I picked the Tuina today. They have gift certificates which I have bought for my daughter before. Rachel was an incredible ~ she intuitively knew where I needed work and man!!! She helped release really tight parts in my neck, back, legs, arms, feet! She's like magic!!!( I'll be back!) The place is very clean, cool/fresh, really nice music too. The towels are very nice... large enough to cover your body and thin enough to not be too hot. I used to recommend this place but my latest experience was not great. They had me wait a bit too long in the room by myself. Then when the lady finally came in they gave me a dude (didn't even know they had guys here). It doesn't really matter to me so I didn't say anything. However the guy was way too heavy handed. He was nice but just pressed so hard there were many times that just hurt. I guess I should've said something but he didn't speak great English. On top of that, he was a very heavy breather and loud in his movements, just not much of a relaxing experience. I left the place pretty sore but still gave him a tip because I didn't want to "shame" him. They also pressed me to tip more than I probably would have (but again, I went along with it). I would've given it a single star but I've had much better experiences there in the past so hopefully your experience will be better. I likely won't be back though, the owner made some weird and slightly insulting comments last time. I thought I'd give it one more chance but I'll just find something else. read more

I had Peter and got the deep tissue massage. He did not seem to know what he was doing and it felt like he had no training at all. At one point, I lifted up my head and he was ON HIS PHONE. This was the most painful massage I've ever gotten in my life, and I got 90 painful minutes of it! But guess what? The lady who massaged me cured my back! Ive slouched all my life and my body naturally gravitates to the right. So my spine is a bit crooked and I alway0s feel like I don't have the muscle strength to sit up straight. And i was starting to grow a hump on the back of my neck. So immediately after the massage i couldn't even move and I was very upset that neither was I relaxed and was worse off than before. More upset that I paid about $90. With that price I could have spent the day at a spa. But then it was like the next day that I started to sit and stand straight, actually very straight! So straight that I didnt feel like resting my back on my car seat or desk chair at work. And being straight no longer caused me to feel fatigue or pain but instead I felt stronger, more relaxed, more attentive, and in a better mood. I was now walking with my shoulders back and chest up. I was no longer leaning to my right either. I thought this would only last a few days or a week and that Id go back to the way I was because of muscle memory. Well I didn't! Its been about a month. I know I have to return to this same lady because if she cured my back i can only image what other health benefits I can get put if her miracle hands. But I am dreading it because I know it will be painful. Let me tell you why. First, of all they advertise Swedish massage, but it dont feel like it AT ALL! Second, they don't warm up your muscles and instead from the start dig their elbows into your cold muscles. I also paid extra for a foot massage but they dont put your feet in a bucket of hot water. Instead they massage your feet when you are in bed and the foot massage is not good at all. The entire experience was aweful and feel like a masochist for saying this but I know I have to return because I want to get as many health benefits as possible by this lady who I dont remeber her name but who has miracle hands! read more

I found Foot and Body Spa in Upland because this is where the 24hr fitness I go to is located I remember them when the advertised a $19.00 foot massage I alway liked to go to Roland Heights for my foot massage my sister in law and father in law tried it the liked it the place I notice is family friendly. Michelle the manager is easy to communicate with she can tell the person massaging you what you want I started a couple of month ago I tried the $19.00 foot massage for a while I went to the deep tissue for one hour today I at the urging of Michelle I have tried the 90 minutes deep tissue I can say this was intense all the hacking of my body went to the way side the lady that Michelle chose for me this time was great she removed all of my stress. I can't thank them enough I really recommend Upland Foot & Body Spa to anyone looking for a clean family oriented body massage. read more
