During my visit, Darren was very approachable and answered all my questions regarding my vehicle. In addition, after the oil change, he also told me that my brake pads and rotors are alright and immediate change is not needed. He also showed me how to see the pads and rotors condition, so I know when approximately to do a pad change when the time comes. All in all, it is a very pleasant visit, and I would not hesitate to come back to his shop for future visits. Plus: there is also wifi connection at the guest area if needed.

I made the mistake of not asking the lady how much would they charge and she didn't bother to give me an estimate either. Gerry's is definitely not pocket friendly. So, if you ever think, "I'll go to the mechanic down the street it'll be alright" - NO! it'll not be alright!
