Eating a couple of slices on pi day. These slices are HUGE compared to your typical chain pizza spot. One single slice could of fed both my elementary aged kiddos. We also had cheese bread that was pretty good. The owner is super nice and approachable. read more

Yonx is top notch! We just moved to Wylie 3 weeks ago and have already eaten here twice! The pizza is so delicious! We ordered the lunch special today and all I can say is "biggest slice of pizza ever!" And it came with salad and a drink all for like $10 bucks! Great little corner restaurant with some outdoor TVs and recreational activities outside to keep kids busy. Inside not huge but nice spot to watch a game and have a beer or two . The pizza & garlic rolls were hot and tasty. It is a counter order kinda restaurant but service was still ok with employees stopping by to check if everything was ok. Wow, this is what I call a pizza joint. I was traveling for work, if I wasn't I'd be a regular. I'm not sure who the African American gentleman that was working the counter at 8PM on Monday is, I'm assuming he's the owner but the man was so thorough and detailed in his work that he deserves a mention as what makes this place standout. He explained the entire menu before I ordered, it was a little surprising compared to most places but I always love to see someone enjoying their work and going the extra mile. The pizza was huuge for a slice. Biggest single slice of pizza I've gotten in a longtime and it was exactly what I expected from a New York style slice. It came with a pickle too. Just the right amount of greasy for me, not overwhelming but I need a little bit and that's what I got. They have craft sodas and beers, wine and mixed drinks. I also ordered soup in a bread bowl and it hit the spot, I'd prefer more options, but the bread was so fresh. Best of all, the prices were reasonable. They also had sports on the multiple large TVs around. It's very comfortable inside. It was also easy to tell that this was a place where they have regulars and even if I'm not a part of it, it's nice to hear workers and customers chatting. And hey, if they are ever interested in opening a new store in San Antonio, I'd be happy to assist. read more
