Service was kind and speedy. This was my first time here and food was delicious. I got a small supreme pizza and the crust was so soft and crispy 10/10 we also got a calzone and the ratios were not stingy and again nice soft crispy crust 10/10 we also got a warm pecan cinnamon bun , that was also really great. I last reviewed this location 3 years ago when brand new. It was dead at dinner time on a Wednesday. Albuquerque Turkey sandwich is a cute name but no follow through by using a stale bun, not so cute after all. I chugged a whole 44 ounce ice tea to get this turkey into my gizzard. Could have been a contender, this Shlotzsky's has a very nice dining lobby with a variety of seating. A humble trellis cover patio out front, and Drive Thru window with order screen in back of building. Parking is decent, but shared with 2 other businesses. The men's restroom was in good condition. This is the second time I've ate at this place and the place is disgustingly dirty, it took me exactly 30 minutes to get my meal number one original medium, there's no paper towels, or even a dispenser in the men's restroom people standing around with nobody in the front Absolute disaster. I've always enjoyed Schlotzsky's and visit various locations throughout the year. We frequently order from this particular location due to its proximity to our home. However, every time I place an order through the app for pickup, there is never anyone at the counter when I arrive. Yesterday, we decided to dine in for a change. We arrived shortly after 6 PM -- what I would expect to be the dinner rush -- and were the only customers in the restaurant. We stood at the counter for about two minutes with no acknowledgment, even though I could clearly see staff working in the kitchen. Eventually, I stepped behind the counter and stood in the entryway between the kitchen and front for 20-30 seconds. I finally said "hello, we're alone out here." Only then did someone finally respond, saying, "Well, I'm alone back here too" -- even though it was clear he wasn't. There was no apology for the delay, no recognition of the fact that we'd been waiting without assistance. Unfortunately, due to the consistent lack of customer service at this location, we've decided not to return. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we've always enjoyed Schlotzsky's and would like to see improvements at this location. read more

Upon arriving the service was slower than anticipated and we were the only customers. I ordered the Turkey bacon club and my son had the Turkey only sandwich. I enjoyed mine. He said he liked Firehouse better. The chips are not for me. Originally I grabbed the salt and vinegar, which I get at other places and this bag was just too over powering in taste to continue to keep eating. They were kind enough though to swap them out for me so I appreciate that. I tried the bbq flavor but just didn't enjoy them as much as other places chips. Overall I liked the main choice. For a fast food drive through this location is anything but fast. I ordered one Sandwhich in the drive through (which was empty) and it took them 8 minutes to The person taking my order made it awkward by just not responding to anything I said, which I get after a long day you may not want to be personable, but I just felt unwanted and like a burden. This was my first ever experience with schlotzskys and I probably won't return. HOWEVER, they get three stars because the Sandwhich was very yummy! read more

This will be a harsh review as I am not very forgiving when I order online and the order is made so wrong. My wife and I both ordered the pick two. We both ordered the French dip with provolone only and extra provolone on sourdough bread. Both orders actually had Swiss cheese and they were both on pretzel bread. I get that they have only been open for about ten days but getting an order right is the most basic responsibility any restaurant has and more importantly when you get the order sent to you online there really is no excuse to get it so wrong. My soup was fine. My wife's salad was okay but she did not receive the extra dressing that was ordered. Epic fail. Way not impressed with our first Schlotzsky's experience. read more

If 0 stars were possible to rate this place I would. Our first time visiting this location. We walked inside and went up to the counter to order. There were no other customers in the building. An employee saw us when we walked in and didn't say anything. We proceeded to stand at the counter for a few minutes and all the employees simply ignored us and continued what they were doing. We then proceeded to sit on the bench by the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge us - never happened. Finally got up to walk out - a few employees made eye contact with us but still did not say anything. Don't expect them to be in business for too long with this kind of behavior. I had a great drive thru experience! Staff was friendly and double checked our order both at the ordering station and window. Everything was correct and fresh! In the past in different locations I was a regular at Schlotzsky's. I went to the new one in Wylie, TX this evening and ordered a French Dip - one of my favorite sandwiches almost anywhere I can get one. I managed to choke down almost a quarter of the sandwich before throwing the rest away. That was probably the worst tasting French Dip I have ever had. I was terribly disappointed and wondered if I should have ordered a pizza instead which used to be a favorite. I won't be finding out if they still taste like they used to. Over and over they do not put the correct amount of bacon on the turkey bacon sandwich. I understand they do not put "full" slices of bacon on the sandwich only pieces or half slices at best. If you are paying 8 plus dollars for a sandwich please don't get upset when you ask for the correct amount after opening the actual sandwich up at showing it to the manager. Waited 30 minutes past order pickup time. Kept being told "5 more minutes" every 5 minutes. Staff couldn't have cared less.

Visited Saturday at noon, first time here. I ordered the Pick Two: half Turkey and Bacon Club with Tomato Basil soup. My wife had half Caprese Ciabatta with Broccoli Cheddar soup. Food was very good, the lady at the register was friendly and helpful and the person bringing the food was prompt and upbeat. My wife especially liked the condiments put out- spicy pickles. Food is also served in washable metal versus excess paper/ plastic. We'll be back and certainly recommend a visit. read more
